BIG4 Batemans Bay at Easts Riverside Holiday Park

Great cabin ¿ awesome view .. exactly as advertised¿ just luved it

Location, views, peice and quite. A family oriented park. Half an hour walk over the bridge and into the bay. Pool. Camp kichen. Beach only steps away.

The bungalow was small for 5 grown adults - family and feiends. I booked on bookings.com well in advance however will book directly with the park next time. Receptionist did try and find another suitable cabin but the park was booked out.Only room for one vehicle to park.Air conditioning needed cleaning as it didn't cool down the room. The lights above the main bed were in an awkward place - kept hitting head when wanting to sit propped up on the bed.No WiFi- needed to hotspot off mobile.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable and loved the size of the car park under the cabin. View of the water was also really good. Cabin was well stocked with towels, crockery, cookware etc.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to be happy or as friendly as I would have liked, they did a great job but not talkative at all, it was all business.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Our recent stay at the beachfront cabin at BIG4 Batemans Bay at Easts Riverside Holiday Park was nothing short of perfect. The cabin was, without doubt, the cleanest and best-presented accommodation I’ve ever stayed in — absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained.The staff were wonderfully polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is magnificent, just a short walk to town and shops, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat by the sea.The views from the cabin were stunning — sparkling ocean during the day and at night, a breathtaking view across the water to the twinkling lights of the town.It’s a fantastic spot for families of all ages — whether you want to take a walk on the beach, enjoy the scenery, or throw in a line and fish. Truly a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

A little more affordable would be nice.

Cost was a little high, so not all the family could go cause we couldn’t afford it

Main bed - budget, low quality and old. It was like sleeping on a cardboard box. As a family of 4, we had to sleep in the bunks

Rooms were very small for the price we paid! Thr bunk beds were having ant lines all over !! Kitchen wasn’t sufficient ! Overall we felt suffocated inside- we started to use the rooms only for sleeping in the nights..also upon our request to upgrade - it was denied

Would book again but ring & request fishing spot water front cabin

The sea view

We found 3 small Spiders on bed and 2 was alive,dusty and dead insects on bed and bedside tables looks like no one been staying in the cabin for long time.It is nice if someone will check the rooms or bed first before customers come for check-in.IT is good to clean with mould killer and brush the bathroom tiles too.

Not as modern as I would expect for the price.

Absolutely everything, our cabin was spotless and very well appointed with everything, very homely and comfortable. Our view over the river and the whole park is exceptional. Can’t wait to visit again but for a longer period.

The cabins were large, clean and silent. We had a beautiful view, parking was excellent and walking distant to restaurant and shops

Taps in kitchen and shower dripped all the time, even when my husband turned them off.

Cabin was clean and love that it is right by the water. The kids spent all day on the sand building shelter with the logs. They love it so much. Nice and quiet, on the other side of the marina.

Would be good to have some extra facilities or activities for the kids. But considering the size of the park, it's understandable.
