Awful experience

There is construction inside of the hotel and they did not informed us, it was very noisy, also the hot water is not working and they did not informed us, so i had to take a shower with cold water. The Receptionist( which is the same as hotel manager as he told) was very rude and when i complained, he said it is what it is. Awful experience.

Location was excellent, just across the road from the venue we were attending. We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. Locations could not be better. The Motel was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was excellent, there was nothing that we did not like.

Perfect location in town, water views are amazing!! Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had a fantastic room overlooking the water and it was so lovely sitting out on the balcony soaking it all in. The room was a great size and a very comfy king size bed, the shower was great.

No complaints really, just that we were only there for one night, passing through, need to go back for a longer stay next time.

room was very clean and modern. The seaview from our window was amazing. very handy having the Soldiers Club directly opposite the motel.

It's a shame that the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast.

Was pleasantly surprised how lovely the staff were and how well the recent renovation has been done. An old (now) classic building is lovely inside with all modern facilities you'd expect in a new hotel.

Nothing. If I have to be constructive, perhaps a bit better lighting throughout, particularly in the bathroom. Maybe an extra shelf/hook in the shower for shampoo, facewasher/sponges, etc.

The bright light from the signage just above our room window. Put a real downer on the nighttime view. Had to close the curtains. Which means we could only enjoy the daytime view.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

I had asked for a Bay view room. But I was given a room with a view of the local Soldiers Club. Very disappointing.

Exceptional location close to restaurants, bars, shops and the water. The room.was very clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was great.

The water was cold when I was attempting to shower. My husband said the water was fine in the afternoon ( Saturday), but when I attempted both Saturday afternoon and on Sunday morning, it was cold.I did report this to reception on Saturday afternoon.

Bed extremely comfy, room was large and smelt nice.

The room was very clean. Parking was secure and undercover.Location was close to everything.

Position on Esplanade… Free secure parking.. exceptional room with views over the bay.. A walk across to the Servicemen’s Club for Dinner and drinks.. Can’t fault it..
