Neat, tidy and clean

Very Spartan accommodation and over priced for what it is ... no TV, no heating or cooling

I cannot say anything positive about our experience at this accommodation. It was unhygienic, uninhabitable and smelled strongly of urine in the bathroom which made it very undesirable.

The cleanliness (or lack of) in the cabin (number 25). It smelled terribly like urine, and despite giving the managers two opportunities to rectify the issue, the aroma was clearly a long term matter where a mop and an intense amount of cleaning product was insufficient. We chose to stay elsewhere and requested a refund, causing our holiday plans to be disrupted, wasting our time, and causing a serious ick factor that other people will likely experience the same issue. I found it an overall disgusting and disappointing experience and sincerely hope the management rectify this before moving forward with other guest bookings.

The staff were amazing from communicating to just having a chat. The cabin was amazing, it was clean and such a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again and definitely recommend

Bit tough driving in and out of the place

It was Clean. Sink, fridge and small desk. Bed was comfortable, but a bit small.

Tiny one room caravan with no private bathroom or proper air-conditioning didn't meet the expectations of $110/night. Couldn't even stay in the room during the day because it was in direct sun and poorly ventilated due to two of the windows being nailed shut, causing it to become quite hot and stuffy inside. Also a random ledge on one side of the room at perfect head bashing height, but that could probably be rectified be changing the direction of the bed. Also couldn't connect to the WiFi even though i had the password.

I have stayed there before as a stopover on my way further south and for me it fully meets my needs - cheap and cheerful. The cabins are clean and comfortable and the people that work there are friendly and obliging.

We stayed in the same place two years ago. We were very happy then, but not this time.

Bathroom dirty. Found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Killed one, the other hid somewhere. Old rusty toaster.No smart tv. Wifi useless.No tissues etc.

The staff are amazing and our van/cabin were very clean.

The shared bathroom facilities are in a little need of an update.

They allowed us to check in early, able get in and out easy. There also no minimum night to stay.

It is slightly older style accommodation and while try say you fit 4 people that would be quite a squeeze.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to, parking was great. Easy walk to Mackay Park for music festival.

Amazing place! Cool atmosphere and friendly staff

It is not very clear where the sockets are. Maybe it would be worthwhile to install tees or extension cords in the rooms

Shower facilities could have been better but they where still very adequate.

Catalina Golf Club is down the road for food best in town. Batemans holiday park is so nice. Spotless clean, great facilities washing cooking. Staff is good as well. Parking beside your van

perfect cabin for a weekend trip, had everything we needed. close by to shops and different beaches. staff we're super nice:)

Was great customer service and happy to help out and acomodating when we arrived slightly late, well situated to everything with a easy walk into town, would stay again
