Great location, and proximity to main centre & other beaches in the area. Loved the relaxed vibes and ability to chill.

Rooms are non smoking, yet smokers can smoke outside the room. If you have adverse reaction to second hand smoke, speak with the management to determine if there is an appropriate room in the floor plan.

Property starting to show it’s age, but that said a very well equipped unit, very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful and overall suited our needs admirably.

When we checked in I felt like a child being talked down to by owner telling us not to come back from the festival that evening drunk and smash the tv etc…. I personally don’t drink alcohol and respect others property. The single bed was so uncomfortable.

Araluen Motor Lodge from our point of view was excellent. Literally across the road from Corrigans beach and 3 minute walk to Batehaven shops where several eating options and cafes are to be found. Rooms are a good size, recently renovated by the looks of it. Light and fresh looking.Staff ( Deb and Julie, particularly) were great to deal with. A 12 out of 10 for their service!!

We personally couldn’t fault anything.

It was a very nice & tidy room with comfortable beds, we all fell asleep fairly quickly, pillows were better than expected.

Next time, if we can, we would get a 2 bedroom apartment for a little more privacy.

The location was amazing. Nothing better than looking straight at the ocean.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking and the shower that’s about it

Nothing like the photos. Just a motel. Kicked out of the pool early. There is a washing machine but not a dryer and the laundymat the lady told us to go to had long been closed down. Not the best cooking facilities and very little to wash up with after.

No wardrobe available, very inconvenient. Smoke from fire places around felt inside the room.

The Wi Fi did not work I had 3 devices and none of them could get Wi Fi. My mobile received Wi Fi but only when I was in the office. They need Wi Fi boosters in the individual units.

Clean, good size TV, helpful and pleasant staff on arrival. Like the chairs/bench outside the room. Great Pool. for kids.

Wifi didn't work at all. Other guests smoking on balcony outside our rooms.
