Bay Breeze Boutique Accommodation

Lovely room

Bathroom needs updating, but was clean

Spacious room comfy beds. Staff excellent

Didn't have a room with a view

Comfortable, warm and quiet room in central location facing the waterfront. Upgraded to a sea view room with a balcony which was appreciated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good TV and spacious bathroom.

Great comfortable place to stay and close to town so easy walking distance along the oceanfront pathway.

The rooms were well decorated, the bed was very comfortable using top quality products. It’s an old property that’s been well renovated. The owners are very easy going and go out of their way to ensure your stay is great.

A lovely room. We were offered an upgrade to a higher floor with a better view. Very clean room with nice fittings.

The shower in the bathroom allowed water to fall out the side & cover the floor. The drain was not located to allow the water to drain properly. So after a shower the bathroom floor was wet for hours.

The decor was so stylish. Huge space which was unexpected as we were in the warehouse. The location right on the river was so lovely.

The bathroom a little small.

Beautiful friendly host. Great location. Nice clean room. Amazing shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.

Great location on the water front, very nicely furnished. The items in the fridge were crazy expensive ($5 for a pack of crisps), better to not have them there, considering the price of the room. But lovely room nonetheless.

Great location pretty much walking distance to everything you would want shopping restaurants

Not really anything important..upgrade to the room when it's not full is always nice but there nothing not to like

We were upgraded to the warehouse on arrival and wow what an upgrade it was!It was an eclectic mix of furnishings with a modern twist, so much space, an incredibly comfortable bed, all the facilities you would need, lovely bathroom products and a walk everywhere location. The staff were fabulous meeting us after hours on our arrival with a carton of fresh milk.It was immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet given it was right on the esplanade. We couldn’t fault our stay.

We loved everything!

We have had a few rough years , the last two months the worst. The hotel , shopped for us , they had the champagne on ice like i requested. Then gave us a uo grade two a private 2 bedroom unit and no extra cost

Beautifully appointed, attention to detail and homely and lovely location on the river .. easy parking

Location

Bathroom with frosted window into the main hallway. Maybe a little blind would make it feel more private. The bathroom door was gorgeous but would have much preferred a door that was more private. The lack of sleep with the noisy people above, this isn’t the hotels fault at all but we had a very interrupted sleep

Great location and stunning view

No microwave

Everything ! Location , gorgeous room, lovely staff … very very pleasant stay . As I was late a note was left for me and then a room upgrade ! Heaven !

Not a thing

Superb bed was so comfortable I want to buy one ❤️. Decor gorgeous. Staff wonderful. Location on the water’s edge with views of water front amazing. Close to the best fresh seafood as well as other eateries walking distance.

Great location! Looks great, and is very clean.

The bathroom was a bit dated, the shower had no door and although there was a drain it spread water on the floor and ended up being quite slippery. This was a small thing, the place was great.

What a lovely accommodation. The bed and shower was top notch. The hostess made sure we were comfortable and we got an upgrade to water view, so we could watch the sunrise. All the shops and restaurants are just outside along the boardwalk. Peaceful and quiet all night. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Breeze Boutique. Allison and Dee were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really felt at home there.
