Quays Hotel

The room was large n very comfortable enough spaceI did not like the position of the sink on top of the food bench in the room n no power point on opposite side of the sink

The position of the wash basin in the room Should hav been in the bathroom As u r to wash your face on the food prep table

Location,parking, shower. King size bed.

No breakfast.

Clean and freshly renovated. Comfortable beds.

The staff especially Rob was fantastic. My kids ended up with food poisoning in the middle of the night and one kid didn't quite make it to the bathroom. Rob came in the next day and cleaned the carpet and the bathroom. I was quite prepared to do it all myself if he gave me all the equipment.

Good size room. Clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff. I have stayed there several times and have always had a good experience. A pleasant surprise this time was that there is now a Thai Restaurant upstairs at the Motel. I had a tasty meal there, which saved me having to drive into the town.

The only thing that may deter some visitors is that the location is around a kilometre from Batemans Bay town centre, so most people would need to drive to visit the Soldiers Cub or other places to eat and shop. However the new restaurant at the Motel is great as it provides a dining option on the premises.

Convenient, clean staff are friendly and helpful. Also an excellent restaurant that’s open all day.

Room had a lot of space, a lot of facilities. En suite was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was very central and had a lot of nice walking tracks nearby. Staff were lovely - helped me to get my water bottle back after I accidentally left it on site.

Room was slightly more expensive than others I'd bought, but it was very much worth the price.

A lovely little hotel, with a very nice small family room. A very good powerful shower. Located across the road from the beach.

Shower could do with a door as the bathroom gets very wet with 4 people using. Also needs more towel racks as need to be reused for up to 3 days.

Disappointing for the price

Hotels should not hide under the pretext of we don't service your room daily because 'we want to minimise our effect on the environment'. Quays Batemans Bay have a policy of servicing the room every 3 days only; and as I stayed 3 days, the room got cleaned after I left. It's just laziness and cost cutting.

Nice room and renovated nicely

Really firm mattress, blinds don’t block out much light, no hot water during peak times.

Big enough for 4 in an apartment , bed was ok , quite modern.

Parts inside were old or damaged like door frame and rusty bathroom window. Arrived to drunken guests having a loud and lengthy argument in common area, so not a great first impression unfortunately.

Parking was great, accessing the room was easy, and there was plenty of space for 1-2 people (one bedroom stay).

Modern clean nice room and big bed

The water had what appeared to be a temperature limiter on it making the shower uncomfortably lukewarm warm - it felt coldish… the air conditioner also seemed to not cool the room even after adjusting the remote and double checking I had used it properly… otherwise really nice room and great location
