New policy for booking; checking and more (cashless payment, paperless, compulsory pre-check, etc). The two last times I had a bad experience at the reception with some members of the staff. Unfortunately this time was not better. Not sure if I will come again, even if I ve been coming here for years. The customer service need to improve.

We liked the activities offered on site.

From the moment I walked in, I noticed the place wasn’t properly cleaned. The floors were visibly dirty my white socks quiet quickly turned black, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom, which was especially off-putting. It's clear that attention to detail is lacking when it comes to cleanliness.To make matters worse, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The mattresses felt thin and unsupportive, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. The lounge area wasn’t much better either—its cushions were very thin and offered no comfort.Overall, I was really disappointed with my stay. The location is lovely, but the poor cleanliness and uncomfortable furniture really took away from the experience. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues in the future. this is not the first time we have stayed here and two out of three times have had to complain about the property's state

Found the facilities provided meets with expectations. We enjoyed the BBQ facilities that was available and helped all cleanding equiments were also provided

The shower door did not close completely , hence had a wet bathroom. Fixing this would be good.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Location was good and close to town and club across road. River and beach close by.

There was a bad leak in the bathroom shower and kitchen sink. It ran all night next to the bed and was noisy. We did very nicely let them know but it was not fixed until the last night. We had 6 days of it. The BBQ's were out of gas.

the whole location was lovely. set back from the busy road, lots of trees, and amenities for you and your family (if you take them with you), bed was comfy

Lovely little cabin and in the perfect location. So convenient to have everything we needed all in one place. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The roomy living and sunny balcony area and the communal BBQ area. Also the generous milk supply and new clean cloths for washing up.

There was no room to put cases in the main bedroom. This was not a problem as we could use the spare room, but for 6 people it would have been a problem.The shower was a little small.

The whole environment and experience was outstanding, from the friendly, helpful service to the quiet, spacious, clean and comfy room. The location was extraordinary for the event we attended and the local walking paths were beautiful. The grounds had so much to offer young children and teens with various activities. The grounds were kept immaculate and cabin as impeccable and self contained. I was impressed with the value for money.

There was nothing Id change about it - keep doing what you are doing.

I always choose Batemans Bay Marina Resort when I stay in Batemans Bay for work. Its exceptionally clean, the location is amazing and its very quiet. Even though its on a main road - you are far enough away so as not to hear any road traffic. It was also great that I received a SMS when my cabin was ready to check in - BEFORE the check in time!

Bbqs and fire pits on site to use, sand volley ball court

Couch-springs gone so extremely uncomfortable. Taps drip and are chipped/worn. Soap holder broken so doesn’t hold the soap bottle. Curtains smelly old see through and don’t meet to close so no privacy. Outside furniture was filthy. No bedside lamps- Kmart $20! Toilet seat scratched and worn- they cost $20 at BunningsKettle dirty brown inside- use vinegar to cleanAbsolutely shocking terrible and would never go back and never recommend

Spacious villas, peaceful surroundings, and easy beach access.

We booked a Deluxe 3-Bedroom Villa based on the listing details, which indicated that the property included two bathrooms. However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find only one bathroom, which is shared between two bedrooms through a double-door design. This setup is not ideal, particularly for multiple families staying together, as it limits convenience and privacy.Additionally, all three bedrooms are closely packed with limited separation, further reducing privacy for guests

The cabin was comfortable and had all that we needed. The setting was beautiful with waterfront location and well maintained and lovely gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are travelling with a pet and the resort has no problems with dogs - in fact there were a few on the days we were there. The resort has lots of facilities for all ages - tennis court, swimming pool and many other activities.

We had an unfortunate experience with a man trying to access our cabin late at night, he was obviously intoxicated and had the wrong cabin. There were men in the cabin a few doors down who decided they would urinate on the grassed area in front of us while we were sitting out on the porch. Charming

The overall musty odor on entering the cabin and it's evident many needed repairs..overall shabby look which I didn't mind but my husband just saw the state of kitchen cupboards, wonky toilet seat and old shower etc.. and wasn't comfortable there The other off pointing thing was arriving into the middle of a large family gathering with us in amongst them.. we left the park for a while and thankfully they weren't all over the area once we returned.. just a bit weird after the peaceful serene places we have been staying..

Oven and grill did not work. heating automatically switched off and was not sufficient for the cabin. Also third room with bunks was the size of a study book barely a 3rd room
