Really modern and clean with huge pool and the water slide is a hit. Super friendly man in reception/kiosk area. Huge two bed cabin. Slept really well.

Very nice location and facilities, specially the warm water out pool!

Everything was great, but the only thing I feel could’ve been better, is the checkout time. 9:00-9:30 feels a bit too early when comparing other places.Also, everything was clean and tidy, but our son lost a toy below the sofa and… there were so many things, from dust to someone’s sock :/Same with the bed.

Location, kids pay area, swimming pool, bbq facilities.

Main door is jammed and not able to lock with ease.The kitchen scrubber is a tiny piece. Not sure what savings are made there.No locks to bathrooms and bed rooms.No dishwasher for a 3 bed room cabin. Expectation is that big families takes 3 bedrooms and there is a need for a dishwasher.A tiny exhaust fan in the bathroom is struggling to take the air out. No exhaust fans on both the toilets.Kitchen would have bigger.

The pool. The kangaroos. The birds. The hot chocolate sachets.

The bunk beds were not clean. They had white fabric mattress protectors on them, which had not been laundered. These protectors had sand and other debris on them. The blue folded duvet covers did not smell fresh at all (they smelt damp with mould smell) - nor did the pillows. My children had to sleep in here. Only the two white flat sheets were clean. Was not pleasant at all. My son refused to use his duvet. The sofa in the Loungeroom was also very dirty and in need of a shampoo. We covered it with one of the white sheets. Standard cabin J15.

The pool and playgrounds were great. A few parts of the equipment were broken but mostly everything was in good condition. The proximity to the beach from our cabin was amazing.

The indoor activity room is worthless to guests. The floors were extremely dirty and most of the machines were out of order. We booked and paid for a family of 6 but were only given 4 towels. The sheets provided for the bunk beds were only enough for 3 of the 4 beds. Again, we booked for 4 children. The extra blankets in the cupboard were just shoved in there (not folded). Also, the blankets on the kids beds definitely weren't washed. One of them had ice-cream spilt on it from a previous guest.

Cabin hadn't been cleaned properly, blankets shoved in cuboards unwashed, floor not mopped, shower dirty, filthy cutlery, plates, glass wear etc. Shampoo, conditioner, soap not refilled. Windows dirty, etc. Games room not clean, soft fall in childrens playground needs replacing

Clean, modern and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was fantastic. Lovely roomy balcony with fabulous views.

Cabin had the bare minimum of kitchen utensils. There were only 2 of us. A family of 4 would have struggled.

Facilities fantastic for families! Cabins were spacious and comfy!

Under the beds were very dusty! Some steak knives would be good when having a BBQ

When we arrived we were told our accommodation had been upgraded. Whilst we were provided with an extra room, there was no dishwasher or washing machine as was in our original booking. Not that this affected our stay because we were only there for 2 nights, it just didn’t feel like an upgrade. The cabin was tidy but attention to detail with cleanliness could be improved. The view and location were absolutely perfect!

It was right by the beach. So many facilities. So many activities to do in the property

No signal. Wifi not the best.

Our family loved the way the wildlife were everywhere. The park and swimming pool with slide were great . The staff were so friendly and really made us welcome. The cabin was spacious, clean and modern. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning

Just the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent at times

The Dune Villa accomodation was located in a peaceful area of the holiday park, nestled behind the sand dunes with easy access to the beach.

Great location

The creek had flooded so badly that we couldn’t cross the bridge to access it. We had no pre warning that we’d need a 4WD to access. It wasn’t possible to walk through this water as it was unsafe.but worst was the smell, just like sewerage. Our cabin was right next to this creek and we couldn’t have windows open as smell was so terrible. I honestly hope this place isn’t always like this!

Well appointed with modern cabins and comfortable beds.

The camp kitchen could probably do with a spruce up and BBQ supplied cleaning supplies were minimal.

a hidden gem I never knew about, so glad we found it. Facilities are great, right on the beach. Staff were kind and professional. If the price is right ( which it was this time ), we're definitely going to visit again.
