Cons -
- It is noisey, the pub closes at a reasonable time but it is right on an intersection which is relatively busy.
- Room small but bathroom area fully modernised.. Room itself dated and shared balcony onto main road.
- Doors a little noisy is the worst thing I can think of but far from an issue.

Fabulous location, love the upbeat and modern look and feel of the hotel and i was very pleasantly surprised with our accommodation. Very nice, clean, spacious and the big balcony to view what’s happening in the street below, was great. We’ll definitely be back.
nothing really
Excellent location
I didn’t realize this was a hotel attached to a pub. Rather than a hotel with a bar downstairs. So it was rather loud at night (only until 1am latest) and the walls are quite thin. Additionally I didn’t feel entirely safe walking into and out of the hotel in the evenings
The location and the food at its restaurant.
Noisy room.
Really good location. The pub downstairs is great for a drink outside on the terrace. The shower is lovely. Staff are really nice. You get 2 free drinks vouchers on check in. It is a good price in comparison to other hotels in the area, even though it is still over $200 per night, but you are paying for the location
The room is a little on the smaller side
The location was very central and in a good position to see views of the creek and get to boat trips and shops / restaurants. The room was a good size. Onsite bar and restaurant.
Lots of dust in the room and communal areas and musty smell in the room. Windows didn’t shut properly. Noise from the bar below until late at night and the street early in the morning. The bar and restaurant were very impersonal. Needed to queue to order and collect food. Tannoy announcements periodically. The modern outside area shown in the pictures on the website wasn’t open.
Clean and tidy
Noisy as was long weekend and band playing
The location!
One of the towels was dirty. However, it was replaced as soon as I told them.
Great location, room was clean
I ordered a Gluten Free Pizza downstairs on NYE at the hotel. When the pizza came out, it was basically raw dough.. I didn’t realise until taking it back and my partner couldn’t believe it when she looked at the pizza, she said it was visibly not cooked. I showed the staff at the pizza oven and they didn’t seem concerned - they asked if I would like it cooked again and I said yes.. as it’s raw dough.. they cooked the same pizza again then showed me and I asked to cook it again as it still didn’t look cooked. Eventually they gave me the pizza back and a couple of staff members mentioned they were still trialling the pizza dough and that the were difficult to cook. All the staff at the pizza oven were kind, apologetic and handled it the best they could. However, I then woke up in the morning to extremely bad food poisoning. I genuinely have never been so sick in my life, I quickly became dehydrated to the point of being unable to stand up properly. My partner went down to try and explain to the staff member and she did not care, I assume she thought I was hungover. They said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to get out of the room by check out. The cleaner then let herself into my room while I was in bed, hardly able to speak or sit up. She realised I was in the bed and quickly realised how sick I was however I felt embarrassed that a stranger had just entered my room and seen me in that state. My partner struggled to find a solution on due to receiving no help or guidance.. she called Health Direct and the advice was to go straight to emergency. My partner had to very quickly get me up and out of the room with again, no assistance from hotel staff. I was then taken to the emergency department. This all happened because I had food poisoning due to a pizza that was not cooked properly at your hotel and then in the morning, there was no responsibility/ accountability taken.
We had a gorgeous sea-facing room with balcony where we ate in the evening and watched the town rev up for a big night. The position of our room (room 6) meant that we were not bothered by noise at all. The room was large and well-appinted, and the bed was super comfortable. We particularly lved being able to park in the private hotel car park, the welcome voucher of a free drink each (which we took up to our balcony) and the warmth and friendliness of all of the staff that we met.
Good location great bar and restaurant great
Our room was dark Fire alarm went off at 1 and it took over 20 minutes for staff to arrive on site
The location and the downstairs facilities.
The room was very dated and needs a refresher plus the air conditioning did not work which was uncomfortable.
Central location, nice staff
You can hear noisy guests walking past outside the rm during late hours
Clean and quiet, good location
I had no idea there was WIFI. I didn't see any information in the room about it and there was no one to ask because the desk was vacant.

We chose the Huskisson Hotel for the location and convenience. It delivered on both counts. We stayed in peak season so it was quite pricey for a simple room. Parking was a bonus, and the pub delivered a great meal.
We stayed in peak season so it was quite pricey for a simple room. Our friends had a balcony room, but it wasn't very inviting to sit on, lots of bird poop and outdoor furniture not super inviting.
Staff was super friendly, the room had everything we needed, and the location was awesome! We wished we had more time to spend in the Jervis Bay area as this was an idea location for more exploring.

Excellent location, free parking, the room was clean.
Not a view from our room because it’s obstructed by ventilation pipes
