Pros +
- clean, tidy convenient to Wilsons Prom
- It's a nice holiday park and one of the closest accomodation options to Wilson's prom. I did have cell service with Optus and was able to make calls sometimes but it was poor. There was a bit of a beach at low tide but just a little bit at high tide. The cabin was nicely laid out and the bed was comfortable.
- Clean and tidy. Convenient location. Not too far from Wilsons Prom.
Cons -
- When I was there, I couldn't turn on the stove and there was no hot water in my unit. They left a note about the hot water, but don't know why the stove didn't work. Bathrooms were nice but I didn't like the 5 minute time limit on showers. It is too short and stressful - just a few more minutes would be helpful. I was there by myself and didn't need the other beds - there were 2 sets of bunk beds (providing 4 extra beds) in addition to the queen bed. Those would be a bit of a squeeze unless they were used for kids.
- Toilet and shower facilities are outside.
- Nothing that I can think of.

Clean and tidy. Convenient location. Not too far from Wilsons Prom.
Toilet and shower facilities are outside.
Cabin was clean and comfortable. Heating was good considering we were there on a particularly wet and windy time. Well equipped to enable self catering. Quiet location and only a short drive to Wilsons Promontory National Park.
Nothing that I can think of.
Location is good, Heater worked
No Wifi in rooms, only in one public area of the camping,No bathroom in the hut felt disappointing, also considering the price.
The proximity to the Wilsons Prom park entrance.
On arrival they couldn't find our booking, then thought we had brought a caravan, before finally finding the booking for the cabin. We were only using this as a base for hiking around Wilsons Prom but of our entire trip along here and then the Great Ocean Road, this was both the most expensive, and also the most disappointing, of all the accommodation. It felt old and had definitely seen better days and I feel that the only reason they could charge the prices they do is simply because it is close to the park entrance.
We moved on.
No toilet in the studio cabin and the facilities were quite old and tired
Never will recommend or stay there again. Facilities poor and staff unresponsive.
Public Amenities were disgusting and atrocious and not worth the money we paid, we left a day earlier than planned due to the state of the place and when attempting a refund it took months to receive and no attempt from staff to follow up with us. I had to continuously chase it up with no attempt from staff to keep me updated. Poor communication and misleading advertising.
The check in was easy enough even though the website said the office was open until 6pm but closed at 5pm (15 mins before we arrived). They left an envelope with instructions
Expensive for what it was. More than twice the cost of the same type of unit/facility at Phillips Island. And only $15 cheaper per night than the Meriton Suites in Melbourne. Terrible value
Fantastic location on the foreshore. The accommodation seemed brand new and the beds were very comfortable
There was no coffee table to use while on the lounge
I won’t be back
No A/C in room, griller/ heating element didn’t work. No toilet in cabin. Had to walk on wet grass to get to amenities block. No value for money.
everything worked, excellent location and everything within easy reach.
in need of some updates. The building we stayed in was very tired and worn out but clean.
Fantastic location, not far from W.prom Park entrance. Situated right on the waterfront.Great cooking facilities for campers.
Beach Quiet Clean
Fabulous outlook from our deluxe bungalow across the water. Comfy beds, very clean and good kitchen facilities made our stay a very happy one. Plenty of bird life around, in all weather conditions, and great sunrise views.
It was available during a peak period so we were grateful for that. The caravan park and beach areas were lovely to walk through.
I should have looked at the detail in the booking a lot harder before I booked this and I don’t like being negative but at $220.00 per night with no toilet or shower and having to use the public facilities which were a little bit less than desirable this wasn’t up to standard., However having said that it was all that was available in the area and I totally understand that the owners should charge what they can get to maximise their return. This was on me and not on them. ?
Location was great. Good value for money. Comfy bed. Had a portable plug in fan in room that helped cool it down as it was hot when we arrived. Didn't actually meet any staff as we arrived late but had clear instructions on how to check in and find our unit. Quiet peaceful area.
No toilet in unit. communal toilets a short walk away from unit.
It’s a cozy cottage suits a couple, water strong for shower
Great location, right on the water. Surrounded by views and wildlife. Booked a studio Cabin - it was clean and nicely presented. Accomodates parking very well, The common areas/toilets etc were also regularly cleaned and checked. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
No wifi, and zero phone service. Wilson’s prom had more available phone service, so being in a total dead spot was hard. Stayed in a cabin without a bathroom, a mirror somewhere could be helpful. There were also some Broken knives and the kitchen wasn’t stocked to accomodate 6 people (what the cabin sleeps)
The location is fantastic. I liked how I could check in after hours. They provided me with excellent instructions on how to check in.
A bit too expensive for what you get. The bathroom lights are on a timer so mid shower the lights went out so I had to change in the dark. I understand it’s to save electricity but not ideal while showering.
