Beach Haven San Remo

Location was great. Staff was amazing

The bunks was a bit tight. Had to turn off aircon by curfew which made the cabin a bit warm.

Lovely, fresh, well equiped cabin close to the town centre and coastal walk: nice onsite managers

Location is good. All amenities and beach is in the doorsteps.

Facilities are worst. Fan is in the living room and cannot cover the bedroom area. Was so hot in the bedroom. Cannot sleep whole night due to heat and sweating. Requested for the fan but facility manager said not available. Kitchen is also worst

The photos displayed were of a different cabin. The cabin we got had an odour, and the floors seemed to make our feet dirty. It cost over a grand to stay five days in a smelly granny flat. Loud campers who stayed next door threw chicken bones onto our cabin roof, causing the seagulls to squabble and reverberate noise into the rooms. One of my sons thought it was so poor that he stayed a night and asked to be dropped off at a train station so he could make his way home. The facility does have some good cabins, but they are up at the front of the property. I understand that we booked late in peak season, hence the price and the location within the property. Do a recon before purchase.

Absolutely lovely location close to the shops, restaurants, etc. Jenny, the house was absolutely beautiful, very friendly and accommodating .

Small bed/ shower a little hard if youre taller but thats not something that can be helped in small canin:)

Bunk beds could be more comfortable, and cooker was slow & inefficient. A few more sharp knives

Basic accom. Clean. Was disappointed that there wasn't a satchet of coffee or tea bag to accompany the kettle and crockery. Fridge had an very bad odour - like old prawns.

Position was great

The unit was old , floor had bits out of the lino, couch not comfortable when trying to look up at the TV which was too high. Fridge froze our food so not happy

it was nice and quiet. close to shops, cafes etc

It could do with a bit of tlc. Curtains were drab and the lounge was a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable

The caravan was better than we expected, very comfortable, and ideally situated. Our host, Jenny, went over and above her role and was kind, considerate and very helpful. We had a great time in San Remo.

Location - perfect (ocean, restaurant, pub and shops)

The sofa in no 5 - was very uncomfortable - could not sit in it after 1st night.

Friendly staff, great location. Supermarket and variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Cabin was very. lean and beds very comfortable.

Jenny and Brett are fantastic nothing was to much trouble. Close to everything Hotels Restaurant and the Beach very quiet I will be staying here again

No Tea or Coffee supplied but when I asked Jenny about it she gave some and Milk out of her own fridge really lovely people

Jenny and Brent were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size and clean and tidy with everything we needed. Location was spot on.

We didn't explore the facilities of the caravan park at all....not sure if there were any but we had everything we needed in close proximity. Hard to navigate. Small children's play area might be good :)
