San Remo Hotel Motel

free parking right at your doorstep,convenient for unloading your bags. san remo restaurant just about 3mins walk out. space was big enough for 4 ppl equipped with microwave, tv, air conditioner, water heater.

it does look old but have every basic thing that was needed and its clean. no wifi available though, but we were fine without.

It’s a good size room and clean for what you pay for in the school holidays

No garden or any scenery just a dirt road out the front

There were some black ants in the room, they were not a problem but still an annoyance!

Looks a little shady from the outside, but clean and comfy inside. Excellent location and lovely staff. Have stayed here a couple of times now and looking to book again.

Customer service was excellent. Room was neat and tidy.However, bedsheets were not that good quality. Check out time should be up to noon not 10 am .

Close proximity to Philip island, cafes & offers free parking in front of accomodation & ease of booking. We stayed 2 nights in room 15 (family room) so heard no traffic noises.

We heard alarms going off both nights. They stopped but woke us up both nights.

Clean and close to everything

The display shows it connected more to the hotel not in the parking lot of a thirsty camel I would have not booked this kind of location if that was clearer as I have small children. The locks on the door were odd, having only a singular lock that can always be opened from the inside is odd and the extra door at the other end of the room confusing as we don't know who has access

The young man who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The location was great, across the road from the water. The vibe of this place was amazing, we didn't want to leave!

The motel wasn't great to look at, but it was very clean and comfortable!

Staff were super friendly and kind

Room had a very strong and odd smell. 1 of 3 beds was extremely hard and uncomfortable. No outdoor seating or area. View is to the carpark and bottle shop. Convieniently close to shops though.

Lovely motel for visiting San Remo and Phillip Island.

Looked uninviting from the outside as at back of bottleshop next to gravel car park, lone female stayers may feel uncomfortable, but room was nice and clean once inside.

Very roomy inside, large bathroom, great room amenities - location location location. It was very clean!

The location was fantastic. Very central, everything was within walking distance. The meals were good.

The seagulls on the roof 24/7The cleaning staff. Noisy between 8 - 10

The birds chirping loud till late and found Doritos chips under pillow on arrival assuming it wasn't cleaned

Loved it, the staff were friendly, the room was very clean, good provisions in the room very clean comfortable beds which is a huge priority, the staff in the bistro were lovely but the menu was very hit and miss. My husband wanted a simple pub burger and settled on the pasta and hated it, I loved my chick pea curry, My daughter's squid dish was massive. Expand the menu options and the entire place would get a 10. We will be back for sure!

Needed the missing shower rail replaced.

Location next to hotel which serves great food. Service good too. Plenty of shops within 5 minute walk. Proximity to GP track on PI. Bathroom was refurbished and clean. Room was large. Plenty of pillows.

Shower hot water turned cold then hot again. Our room 11 was close to rear of hotel and we heard banging and clanging noises until midnight. Fridge noisey. Could not connect to wifi- not even with help from staff. Bed was a bit lumpy. Blind would not go up. No windows with insects screen to provide fresh air. Best to ask for room furthest away from hotel where we stayed last year.

Facilities were awesome and location was great

Only thing that cannot be helped I understand that, the drunken people that leave the pub. I know you have no control over that. But other than that the stay was clean, tidy and comfortable
