Quays Motel San Remo

Views are amazing.

We stayed when there was motorbike races on Phillip Island, the traffic was horrendous- difficult to get into or out of the driveway of the motel.

We loved how clean it was, and the closeness to the town , great shower pressure

The tv controller it had to many buttons

Very clean and comfortable room. Good to have a place to stay where the room is serviced every day. Location is right next to Phillip Island with its many attractions.

I wanted a simple clean room for an overnight stay as I was playing in a band at a gig in the local hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that the room and the property overall was so neat and tidy. Nothing super flash, but proudly looked after. The location was two minutes from where I was playing so it was a quick trip home after the gig.

Nothing really. If I wanted to be uber fussy, I'd have loved an Nespresso coffee maker. But that is just me.

Nowhere to wash cutlery and crockery used so had to leave them for staff

Friendly staff and perfect for a 3 day trip! Very clean, smelt great and towels etc were tended to daily. Very cosy, couldn’t fault the set up or location :)

The property itself and facilities could not be faulted however we had some very inconsiderate neighbours making noise and waking up everyone staying near them at 1am. We could hear a verbal altercation going on outside at this time and found it very hard (and anxiety inducing) to get back to sleep. Sound can be heard very clearly if people are noisy outside.

the room has very poor sound insulation. The next door checked in around 1 AM and has been coming and going repeatedly, making loud noises from closing car doors and room doors, as well as talking. I’m unable to sleep.

Standard but very nice motel room by the bridge to Philip island. Comfortable bed, clean and food options just down the road. Easy drive to Philips island attractions

Quays is in a great location, away from full on tourism as in Phillip Island, but close enough to feel like you're on holiday and to be able to reach all local attractions easily. The motel staff are friendly, informative and helpful. The room was a decent size, clean and has a reasonably new feel to it despite the fact that it isn't. It was good enough for me to extend my stay by another 2 nights - and I'm glad i did!

Nothing - maybe the wi fi could be more reliable as there were times when it wasn't but as that wasn't the point of the holiday it didn't matter that much.

Absolutely perfect. It's exactly the type motel I was hoping for. Its near Phillip Island, and with its solid construction, its absolutely silent on the inside. I didn't hear single car or truck drive by.

Minor issue - bathroom door was a bit squeaky at night, hinges just need a spray of WD40

Could not log into WiFi with code provided- did not follow up as only there for a short time.

The rooms were a lot cleaner than most motels we have stayed at. We liked the large shower and toilet area with a modern look. Fridge, microwave and kettle are in very good condition and the cutlery and crockery are kept clean, neat and tidy in the cupboard. The location is close enough to the shops etc. but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

Whilst taking a shower the hot water cut out and took a while to come back on again.

The room was very clean. The beds we very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Impeccably clean and comfortable for what we needed. It's an older motel but has been kept amazingly well.
