It had no hot water . Paid money for spa but no hot water

Location and heated bed

The heater didn't work, fan by the bath didn't work so the fire alarm went off from the steam and for a room with a jet tub the hot water didn't last so we filled with kettle water.

Convenient location

I found the room stayed very light overnight due to no window covering over the door. There was a security light outside my room

The room had all the conveniences -cutlery, microwave, hairdryer etc

Due to the time of year, the pool wasn't available

Noisy bathroom fan.

Location was great, walking distance to shops, a roomy family apartment set up for multiple guests. Separate kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with 2 bedrooms. We were greeted by friendly staff.

The cleanliness was a bit lacking, shower is tiny with a large step down, there was no toilet paper holder to put the roll onto. While not a problem for us, the only heating was in the main room.

Rooms where very clean beds are comfy and perfect location to great restaurants and coffee shops

So clean and in a quiet location. The beds are always so comfortable here. It’s a little outdated but has what we need. Love staying here as it’s a short walk to the shops. They use blankets as not many motels do this anymore.

No hot water none of the days. Everything dirty, old and outdated.

No hot water available. They put several excuses and even told us they would refund part of the amount but they never did. The worst hotel we have stayed in Australia. Do not stay in this hotel, it is not worth at all.

Location was as expected and room was clean with ample car parking.

Could do with a room refresh as it was a little outdated compared to other motels.

Very clean room had good facilities ample bench space a microwave. Comfortable bed. Quiet too.

Lukewarm shower water took a long long time to come and never was hot. Bedding a bi thin it got cold but extra cover was available

Was neat and tidy, well presented.

There was no information about the heat/cooling in the rooms. The air conditioner on the wall was aircon only, no heating and there was no available info to say there were mini heaters in a cupboard. We only discovered them the morning after our stay. The night we stayed was very cold and we slept in jumpers/jackets as we had no knowledge of heating.There was also no hot water to our shower our whole stay.

Nothing place needs an upgradeThe gentleman said he will refund me some money

Took forever for hot water to work bed was rock solid

Convenient location, comfy bed, great shower water pressure, clean room considering its very outdated.

Shame the pool isn't in service.

Price was affordable , very clean , cutlery and crockery supplied plus iron and ironing board , everything we needed . Bed was comfortable . Table and chairs ..will defiantly stay there again

So much water was wasted waiting for hot water to come thru !

It was too hot to stay at home so I came to San remo for the cooler weather.

The hot water needs work: has to be run for at least 5 minutes to get the hot water flowing and this area is under permanent water restrictions.

The price and location

Bed was way to hard Very uncomfortable

Clean, comfortable, frienly and helpful staff, close to the shops, restaurants and beach.
