Pool was but not a drop of water was there. maintenance happens, but no compensation or notice was offered Our calm and respectful customer feedback was blatantly ignored by receptionist The photos online are very glossed up and unrealistic- catfished

The pool close by, staff was polite Guests was plesant no litter Room was nice not small or big

Bathroom was outdated Curtains had few marks on them

Location was greatAccess to poolStaff was really friendly and accomodatingFree WiFi and the access to Netflix ect.. made relaxing after a long day, great.

Car parks were a little tight. And although i liked the idea of the smoking area.. the pinic table and chairs provided, were uncomfortable and the table was on such an angle, you really couldn't use it.

Big & clean room with adequate amenities.

Pool was dirty, the BBQ & shared kitchen area is very far from the room (in terms of walking distance), yet motel guests don’t get car access to the area. They could also give guests face tissues & paper towel too.Also, They fairly state in this site that they don’t have wifi; however they actually do, it’s just that it doesn’t work well at all

Good location. Room had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool.

We kept finding black hair throughout the room - in shower, on plate, in bed, on towels.

It was immaculately clean. Everything was easy. There was great communication and polite and helpful staff.

It was a bit close to the highway for traffic noise. I didn't think to bring earplugs or headphones

There won’t any lamps on the bedside, blinds didn’t shut properly.

We loved that we could have the dogs inside our room. We hope we left it as clean as we found it. Excellent off lead yard. Nice and quiet.

Nothing - all was perfect

Our stay was just overnight but we had our little doggo with us and it was wonderful to be able to find a property that would accommodate him as well.After hours check in was easy and well organised via messages and phone calls. The bed was super comfortable (and we are fussy!) and although the property is a bit dated the room and facilities were all extremely clean.Just outside our room was a fenced area for dogs stretch their legs off lead and do their toileting - a great idea.The staff in reception when we checked out were very friendly and had doggie treats on hand! A lovely touch.

Be aware that the location of the property is on a very busy intersection so not conducive to a good night sleep if you are noise sensitive (we are being country people!).

Good room, better than expected as have paid premium prices for a less quality

On line booking is not as simple ( very frustrating) as phoning directly. Could not find a direct phone line to book.good

There was no breakfast and the location suited our purpose

The parking was a bit haphazard as other guests parked in wrong bays

Extremely noisy Could smell animal urine as soon as we opened the door. Very outdated. Bed was ridiculously soft.

Great facilities. Fenced in pet off leash area, nice pool.

Air conditioner quite old and the room got quite cold overnight with no warmth coming from aircon

The bed were like sleeping on a cloud so comfy

In my bathroom room 2 there is a nail sticking up out of the tiles scratched my foot on it twice. Think it maybe a door stopper but dangerous If you stepped on it

Everything you need for a short stay, pet friendly room big bonus, comfy bed. Located on a very busy road but it does quieten down at night, had no trouble sleeping!

Shower's grout a bit mouldy could do with regrouting.

Sumar in reception was lovely ..I also had to call the after hours person ,as I couldn't get the microwave to work,,silly thing on my part as it turned out,,the lady was amazing and so friendly,i felt like a dill,as was something so simple that i did !! hahah

No dinner plates,,only bowls,side plates..had to buy paper plates for my dinner,,,dish detergent bottle was empty a ceiling light wasn't working above the table,had to move the table to the be under the next light.I found the wind humming noise on windows to be eerie!!! strange!!really needs a bedside lamp,as had to get out of bed ,walk to main door then back in the dark.
