Clean and new hotel. Breakfast was good. Fitness facilities.

There was a table in the middle of my room to the right of the bed. During the night I hit my leg on the table as it was a tripping hazard when getting out of bed in the dark.

Rooms were spacious with a very clean and spacious luxury look with a warmth to it.Didn’t have that hotel cold feel that I experience elsewhere.Other people opening doors and it echoing into the room did affect the stay a little so maybe some added sound deadening wouldn’t hurt but otherwise was a beautiful stay.

Could hear other rooms doors or banging often. A thicker door or wall would of been nice

We enjoyed all aspects of the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the view was beautiful.

Everything was wonderful.

It was a 3pm check on, got there at 2.30 and room wasn’t ready which was ok. They knew I was on site and I had to ask three more times before room was finally ready at after 4pm. Not good enough and no urgency from the staff to do anything.At 4.pm I was offered a bottle of water for the delay, very disappointing experience for a place that otherwise was nice

Excellent fitness equipment particularly cross trainer. Great view and restaurant options.

I thought that customer service was non existent and no one would take responsibility for anything very disappointing

Breakfast was atrocious the eggs I ardentes where still raw we mentioned to staff all they could say we will tell someone my wife ordered an omelette this so over cooked it was like eating rubber the value for that breakfast was not there we would have had a better breakfast at Mac’s also the room had a noise coming for outside like water or something

The location was perfectly suited for a brief stay, with the restaurant offering impeccably presented, convenient, and delectable meals. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and warmth. A wonderful setting to gather with friends.

Maybe a bit far and isolated. But in a very beautiful area. So not too bad !

The Air con kept turning off at night which actually made it bit uncomfkrtable to sleep since it was quiet warm.

The rooms are very clean. The baths and toilets are especially very clean. Room service is brilliant. The front staff, I met Jimmy( I don't exactly remember the name) has given us room number. 501 and my daughter loved the view from that room. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.
