The proximity of the room and great location

Facilities were terrible in the room,dated and in poor condition

The TAB bar staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean and value for money. Parking was great.

We found the bar staff at the gaming area rude mostly. The blind cord from the room, we both got stuck in it coming in from outside and got it stuck in the door constantly. We also found we had to slam the front door to get it too lock. lack of wifi and it was offered.

Would stay again

Lettuce on my meal was rank, told the Staff member at the time and even she said it was ordinary

Very comfortable room, had dinner at the bistro went with the pizza menu on the second night. It's close to rubicon river and walk trails, and all main attractions. Hope to be back soon.

Comfortable quiet rooms - reasonable space

We went mid week in late January - few guests were staying - it was very quiet and peaceful.

Location and friendly staff

Glass window at front door meant there was light in the room all night. Terrible for those that like to sleep in the dark.

The water pressure in the shower and the Monday Parma Special

Mattress wasn’t very comfortable

this is a great venue for us to use when heading that way to go fishing. The three bedroom family unit is comfortable and can be configured with double orcsinhke beds . there were four of us and it was comfortable. The bar and bistro are also quite accomodating and food quite good. we have stayed there previously and found it to be a good spot because of the services available .

Dinner was excellent. Room was very comfortable and the ambience of the Hotel was excellent. Pleasant and relaxing bar and dining area was excellent as was the service and food.

Room was comfortable but just a little dated

Location was great food at the Hotel was good value and excellent quality. Rooms were clean great shower which is always a big plus.

Bit dated but was value for what we paid.

We always stay at the Rubicon the restaurant is excellent the food is very good it may be a little dated but we really enjoy our stay as it’s the only place we stay on our frequent trips to Eildon ?

Nothing everything is there for our needs

Great location, simple no frills accomodation. Soft comfortable mattress, sofa couch was great. Hot shower with good water pressure. Basics microwave, toaster kettle and fridge. Older facilities but I loved the charm, comfort and simplicity of the accommodation and the price matched. Staff accomodating and helpful. We stayed an extra night and I would stay again.

The porch light is on a timer and can’t be controlled and was no blind to block the light. I couldn’t sleep until 2 am when they turned it off. Didn’t bother husband. Please install a blind on the porch window

Super comfy old-school motel room. The decor is not new but everything was clean and convenient, there was nothing missing. Bed was comfy, water was hot, check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff were lovely. The connected pub and bistro did a great pub meal.
