Very bad hotel

It’s on the platform, while night noise & nuisance at the gate, very small room with cockroaches poor quality linens. Booking.com should refrain from listing such property

Well maintained hotel .Good and well behaved staff.Room was good .

In crowded place, few more items can be added in breakfast.

Since it is next to the railway station hence there is a lot of noise during the night.

Breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient for a railway traveler but the area is very congested and could warrant more on the cleanliness angle.

The rooms were big and clean. The staff was very courteous. The food was very tasty and portions were more than sufficient for a lone traveller. They had a lot of varieties. There was also a car parking space in front of the hotel.

Could have been better if it was nearer to the airport at a cleaner place.

Every thing in hotel is perfect...i went for my legs treatment in Bareilly and i have problem in walking. They even provided me staff to board me on train at 11 in night..this is best I could get there...thanks

Right at the railway station. Despite being on road and so near the station, there is no noise inside. Restaurants offer good quality food, and affordable.

The property is well maintained and quite clean. Room was comfortable with all amenities. Staff is super polite and helpful. A good delicious breakfast. The only downside is the location which is right at the entrance to the Railway Station. Though there are no train sounds to disturb but entry becomes a little uncomfortable. Overall we had a good stay.

While I was booking the hotel, I thought like the professionalism in this business. But it did not meet my expectations. The staff if not very attentive and specially at the time of checkout they have charged extra for the juice bottle which they told as complementary at the time of breakfast.

Staff behavior was awsome always welcoming with smile room service within seconds very polite behavior it will always be a hotel on priority if i will visit bareilly again in future thank you varun ji and entire staff good going keep it up.........

Bathtub was mentioned but not there still its ok as the staff behavior was exellent which covered this.

For the price, the hotel was really good. The staff was polite and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the washrooms were really clean. We went on a road trip and stopped here. We liked it enough to stop here on the way back too. Additionally, food at the restaurant was really good. There's nothing to complain honestly.

Nitpicking here, but addition of bathroom mats would be helpful.

The WiFi just refused to work in room 101. Repeated request also did not solve the problem. The food is not good at all.
