- Management needs to improve in staffing. You cannot have 2 waiters handling a full restaurant. Waiters are humans..not slaves. The waiter who was handling dinner around 10 pm..saw him handling breakfast at 7AM. The room was not vacuumed from the previous stay. Found guest hair on the bed and sofa.. totally unacceptable.
- The room was not clean (the floor)- it was all of dust even the AC (Air conditioning) was not cold- the room service was bad, they even don’t have tissue’s in the room- The water in the Bathroom was too cold and even if the heater is working there is no hot water to shower, sometimes it finish i don’t know how! Even they tried to fix the heater and the hot water is still not coming.

The hotel is cleaned and good condition. The staff is nice and helpfuly. The restaurant is good also the price.
I ask when cjeck-in if they accept my credit card as payment and regularly they answer: YES SIR but when you checkout they discover no credit card accepted this is very bad and raw of the staff, cause i had waste time to find a bank and change money and back to pay in cash. VEY VERY BAD!!!
Honestly the best hotel and the food was top class. Staff members are like family members. Especially Miss Rahat lucky, Sumbhu and Mr Mubeen

the facility the room was wide and comfy, also the location is perfect this is the only hotel in Bareilly that looks good in the pictures and in real life.
everything was fine , but the only thing was that everytime she had to ask for the staff to fix the water temperature and also the AC keeps shutting off.

Everything! The stay was pleasant, the food was great, the staff was courteous and caring, the rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy and the beds were really comfortable.
A larger entrance will help. Though there is a security guard at all times around the parking lot, gated parking should be arranged and will help a lot.
