Radisson Hotel Bareilly Airport

The breakfast was okay, and the restaurant staff were responsive.

Well it is branded as a RADISSON property but it didn’t feel like one - no study table/ chair in the room, leftovers in the dustbin from whoever stayed last, temperature not maintained in the room for a few hours until after checking-in, etc.

The staff was polite and efficient

No towels or water bottles in gym in the morning.Food below average during the breakfast.Only 2 small bottles of water were kept in the room (near the electric kettle).

Location is good and staff is very good . Excellent hospitality. Room are good.

It is a little run down but I can see that building and renovations are under way.

The Room and the usual conveniences were fine even food was okish. Location close to airport was convenient. Most important team was receptive to feedback given for betterment.

Perfect place! The service is very pleasant and responsive. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty, large selection of dishes. Wonderful staff, especially Lady Gun she was always attentive and helped with the choice of dishes. When we left early in the morning, they always prepared a lunch box for us to take with us.

The room was comfortable, and the staff behavior was courteous and accommodating. Their prompt response to fix the non-working TV was appreciated, and they were always willing to help when asked.

The TV was initially not working, although the staff did fix it later on. There was no F&B menu in the room, and I had to ask for it, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the bathroom did not have enough towels.While the service was commendable, these issues impacted my overall experience.

Property was big and clean. Wide options of breakfast.

Valet Parking facility was very bad. The car was very dirty and hot real dirty when the same was brought at the time of checkout. Also the amenities were missing from the room and the staff took a lot of time to bring the same after repeated requests.

Hospitality means - Comfort, Hygiene, Quality & Prompt Service. They are not maintaining those standards which are expected from Radisson Brand. Doing marriages from the Location and not able to manage it properly, will only spoil the name of the Brand. This was our second stay at the Property. Really disappointed....would surely look for other options now.

Service & cleanliness

The hotel is clean. Lunch and dinner were good. Good value for money.

Breakfast was of a very poor quality. There were frequent power cuts.

The location, The staying was great and relaxed , Room is very huge and there is too much space for the luggage. The stuff was so helpful with us even with the transportation, the prices were perfect and the room service was so nice.

The breakfast was not delicious a little bit. And not international.

Service staff in restaurant not cordial , Reception staff not helpful , Junior suit should be bigger than normal rooms , it was smaller size , and when asked the reception to change to different/ lower category room , was refused by saying sorry you have used the room now .
