Hotel Arrow 19

“Hotel Arrow 19 ka experience bahut hi accha raha. Rooms clean the, staff ka behaviour friendly aur helpful tha. Service fast mili aur environment bhi peaceful tha. Overall ek comfortable aur value-for-money stay!”

Feeling like good ??and near by location on maine road

Rooms clean and safe

Harsh experience

The bathroom was leaking and water was flowing in the room .Even after many complaints they didn't change the room

Decent and cordial staff. Location is bit inner side but approachable with 4-wheeler and can be parked in front. Overall happy to stay at Arrow-19.

I like it staff I like it sarvice No more tanson I love it hotal faslity Mast location

Only taval issue

Water,towels.soap.and others supplies not in room

The hotel is easy to find and there is sufficient parking space. The place is 100 metres from the main road but the drive is unrestricted and easy. The inside road is partly laid with brick but is going to be metalled soon. The manager, Ronald and assistant Bunty are quite helpful and decent. They have a welcoming smile and entertain client requirements quickly. The beds are quite comfortable and the peaceful neighbourhood offers an uninterrupted sleep.Although they don't have a kitchen and restaurant, they are willing to fulfil your food orders from eateries nearby. Tea and light snacks are provided in house on payable basis.Overall, this is a good value for money arrangement.

A little bit of maintenance work on plumbing utilities and staircase railing will do wonders. The property does not have a lift.

Pleasant

Best stay Staff is very discipline Happy day

The first thumbs-up that I wanted to give is the staff. They understand the needs of travellers and guide a proper route. Hotel was very close to centre and have a good parking space too.

The assistance and helpful nature

Room provided was too small and same goes for the bathroom. But other than that the bed was comfortable for a night and tv for world cup ?

Near my job location and good cleaner support staff

Billing system

Pls avoid

Poor hygiene,no jet spray , no soap

I said the manager i want drinking water he said talk to owner. There is no drinking water. Seepage wall washroom size very small and bad also worst. Building under construction.

There is nothing to like.

Third class property, in mid night i had leave the room bcz there was no electricty and no back up

Behaviour cleanliness

Location

There was nothing to be liked about the property

Booked this hotel for my Manager who had come for some official work to Bareily. Fake photos have been uploaded. Ac not working because of a power cut. No generator. Had to check out midnight. Really pathetic. Would never recommend it to anyone. Worst property.

There was nothing in this hotel,no cleaning room was very dirty bathroom was very small and dirty

It's was very near for my requirements only

Cleaness, shop was not available neither other materials, mat was not available, bed was not clean it's was like OYO where people goes for sex only. I suggest you if you really care about booking.com brand value take a random check in deluxe room 202 believe me it's was room with AC and nothing else
