Townhouse Grand Inn

Chutiya bnate h ye log mt book kro warna jake pachtaoge sb. Bc

Don't go in this hotel , totally scam asking for double the amount of booking, and also they are saying neither they linked up with oyo or booking sites.

Superb

Superb stay excellent cleaning super fast service frindly staff smooth check-in

Room is clean staff is good and kind clean rooms

Pathetic experience?? at the time of checkin they don’t accept app booking and force the customer for direct booking with higher amount. Man on reception name is Nitin he sucks, so rude n sick mind .

Unhygienic bathroom, Air conditioning system was not working, There was current flowing in the geyser, I got a shock from the current. I disappointed with this stay. Pillow were in a bad condition and faulty smell

Comfort and location.

They charged double of the price what it shows on their website. They said they don’t accept the booking which has townhouse in it because it’s through oyo.

Location

Didn’t gave the booked room which was confirmed during the booking time…also asking extra money for the same room

I LEFT HOTEL AT 8: 30 AM IN MORNING AND THEY SAYS FOR BREAKFAST YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT 20-30 MINUTES.

EVERY THING

Behavior of staff

They shift one room to other for 2 hrs I don't like it and ac not working . Otherwise u can stay

Bad

AC is not working properly. Not cooling.Washroom taps are rusted nd not working properly. Not clean as well.

This app helped me to book my accommodation safely for which i was nervous in this new city. Room was properly booked and same was confirmed by the staff. But the took 2400 from me for 2 nights instead of 2085 (shown me at the time of booking). The room was fine for my stay , not that much good but okay okay .bed was comfortable.

My checkout time was 11 AM in the morning but staff keep calling me and knocking on my door at 10:15 AM for checkout. Which was so disrespectful as i didn't get ready at that time. Also hot water was not coming in the bathroom for the whole stay.

Horrible room

Room was dirty, it smelt very bad and sheets were not cleaned.

Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly. According to location its the cheapest place.

Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the location. They called to ask what I would like and delivered beyond expectations.
