Breakfast buffet

The cooling system in my room was noisy and inefficient. The carpet could have been cleaner.

The garbage smell through the property. The front desk and Management was very rude. There was a cockroach in my friend's bed.

It's a great hotel usually.

Room 523 should not be rented. Everything is broken amd dirty. How can this possibly be the same hotel we always stay at? Who permits such substandard conditions compared to every other room? How could you give such a room to your frequent guests?

Breakfast was good. Staff paid attention to any concerns brought to their attention. It was clean and housekeeping and room service was good.

I did not like the staff who helped me checking out. It seems she was extremely busy and was unable to pay proper attention.

Breakfast was very tasty. Highly recommended for vegetarians.

The bed could have been better. That was little bit stiff.

All meals were good not excellent. But staff behaviour was bit strange many times. This is not at all 5 star hotel but a 4 star hotel only.

room service was not of 5 star. few reception staff were also not knowing few points.

I stayed for a minimum duration. hence unable to offer any comments.

I think you need to correct the narration on your notice board. The negative word has been used twice and hence gives exactly opposite meaning to what you intended. See picture attached.

Some staff were friendly and helpful, which was very much appreciated. I must highlight the porters and the lobby bar staff for their excellent service.

The hotel is 100% vegetarian. Upon arrival, I ordered a "Classic Club Sandwich" and was surprised to find it only contained vegetables. Breakfast options are very limited for non-vegetarians — no eggs or proper protein. The rooms felt odd; they didn't feel clean, were dark, and had an unimpressive view.

The cooling of air conditioners during night time in the room was bad. We couldn’t sleep properly and were sweating throughout the night. Also the property was a fully vegetarian property ie not serving non veg . During the booking there was no mention of the property being a 100% vegetarian meal serving property.

The room allotted was possibly the worst location to be in. The window faces an ugly shed covering kitchen. All rooms are not like that but this time it was bad.

Everything was better like staff behave, breakfast, room and dinner.

Internet speed is terrible.Room's thermostat was just bad. The freezing cold temperature made me almost sick..

Poor quality of food even though I was never notified only vegetarian food is available.. besides that there was a loud music every morning and evening.. Pathetic.

Break fast and Room is good. I didnt take Dinner there.After staying 6 nights in the hotel, i didnt get any complementary (ex: Spa, Dinner, Wine, beer etc.,)

I didnt like the front desk response.

The flute music in the lobby and in the breakfast area was really too loud and annoying.
