Peterborough House

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. Nothing to fault.

Clean and nicely decorated, nice mini bar options, convenient and tasty dinner and breakfast.

Further from the sea than I thought but you can still see it from the breakfast terrace. Kitchen closes at 7.30pm which is super early but they can prepare a take away if requested.

Peterborough is a small village on the beach, and the location of Peterborough House is very good. Very quiet. Friendly welcome and great personal atmosphere, comfortable room with all amenities and many little goodies, very clean. On the day of our arrival the restaurant had its closed day but the owner prepared for us a wonderful fresh crayfish dinner. Superb! Breakfast is included in the price and was good. Next evening we had a regular dinner selecting from the small menu, and it was excellent. We can fully recommend to stay at Peterborough House.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The location was amazing. And so clean.

The next door room used our outside area so we felt we didn’t have good privacy.

Location was near the beach, with bbq across the road, The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was beautifully presented and enough to eat. A koala visited us and walked around the area

The staff is exceptional. The accommodation was modern and clean. Walking distance from beautiful views. Can see the waves crashing against the rugged coastline from the dining area.

Great coffee and bonus to have a tasty breakfast included as big driving day was ahead of us.So lovely to watch the surf while eating breakfast and wonderful friendly staff.We also enjoyed the band and dinner on Friday night .

Love Polly — she wears a pink collar. Such a lovely and friendly dog. It’s like she really knows her job haha. She’s so professional, welcoming customers so quickly. I’m so happy I got to meet Polly.

Beautiful clean rooms with comfy bed and lovely products. Fantastic common room with toys.

Very clean and well supplied. Real milk, beautiful toiletries, community room and super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will return.

I didn't like that I only stayed 2 nights.

Comfortable stay in a spacious room with contemporary decor.

A little noisy right outside our room (kids running back and forth shouting after a dog)

Excellent renovated small hotel / motel accommodation, new, clean, high quality, well decorated, friendly owners who run businesses by themselves. I do recommend, good stop at the end of Great Ocean road and see sunset at the Bay of Islands! Dinner also was good, simple but very good.

A very nice hotel-motel overall. The food is excellent, and the personnel are friendly. The amenities are a bit basic, especially during the winter season, but the place has its charm and is definitely worth a visit.

It was a bit cold inside bedrooms and bathroom.

Style comfortable staff and Friday night live music & location

Highly recommend if you're doing a weekend on the Great Ocean Road and come from Melbourne. It's a beautiful quiet spot, super close to an amazing beach, and with a nice cosy vibe. The motel was clean and tidy, tastefully renovated and furnished. The bedroom had a good layout and nice decor, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice big walk-in shower. If I had to add something: a couple of small shelves in the bathroom and curtains to block the light on the small top window.The place offers breakfast and also curry at night.Overall I think it's a good place to stop for a couple of nights. Big highlight: with almost no artificial light, you can also see the Milky Way!

Location is beautiful and close to the beach. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The breakfast and coffee were delicious!

A nice sized room with a well fitted out bathroom. Outside was a small patio area together with convenient parking. The area around the property is lovely and exactly what we'd hoped to see. It provided the ideal stop on drive on the Great Ocean Road. I'd stay here again.

Location, quiet area . Easy access to apartments . Excellent check in and departure . Lovely dinner on site . Breakfast lovely too, and great coffee. Knowledgeable staff offering local suggestions too ..

Next to the beach, a very quiet and peaceful place after all the crowds at 12 apostles. At least there are much more look out there! Very friendly! Good Food!
