Casa De KaKu was amazing, the three brothers who built this accommodation and restaurant have done an awesome job.? Alot of thought has gone into the design and they have great plans for the future. We would highly recommend staying here the staff were so friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home. ?The most amazing view of the fort from our room and the rooftop restaurant, that has a great vibe at sunset. Rooms are clean and stunning, We were offered a free upgrade to a Morroocan inspired bedroom. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Jaisalmer thank you so much. We enjoyed the Holi festival which was such fun and so beautiful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rooms, Comfort, Ineriors, Aesthetics were all too good. Beyond our expectation.

Food could be better. Do not order garlic bread.

Casa De Kaku is a wonderful hotel with amazing rooftop restaurant and delicious food. Everyone was very helpful and made sure all our needs were met.We stayed only for one night, but felt very welcomed and I wish we had organized our holiday differently. This hotel is definitely worth staying for a few days!

The hotel is very well located, the staff is incredibly helpful and polite, our room was beautiful, clean, and everything functioned properly. There is a beautiful roof terrace with an amazing view of the city and the fortress where one can have nice meals throughout the day and in the evening. There is a nice open fire and music for dinner. People come for dinner from all over the city to the roof restaurant and the atmosphere is very nice.

Friendly staff, excellent on site cafe and restaurant. Delicious food, amazing views of fort. Near sunset point. Awesome friendly place with ambience.

Hotel location & room was very good. Food of the hotel/restaurant was awesome.

Divider must be removed from bathroom, make it completely Indian rather than half Indian & half western.

Is not really a boutique hotel and the price is absolutely overpriced for the quality and the service . It is more similar at a hostel . At the same prices u can book fist gate who look a really boutique hotel .

Bad service . No safety box . No touristic help .

the room was beautiful and the property location was in such a good spot that it gave a nice view of the fort. the restaurant space ambience was good in morning and in the night. the food was good too

I liked the location and the proximity to many sights we planned to visit. I appreciated a lot the cleanliness of the room and how spacious the room was. We were upgraded to a suit, which was a wonderful surprise. The facilities were all great and the stuff very friendly and happy to help us with everything we needed.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the pressure of the water coming through the pipes; it caused flushing issues at the toilet, but that was a minor detail. Another thing I would point out is the fact that we did not have hot water, despite the fact that we turned on the switch of "hot water" outside the bathroom. Nevertheless, this was not a problem, as the temperature was quite high in the area and a cooler shower was what we needed at the end of the day.

We were tired after driving from LOC and ordered food but the staff didn’t serve the food in our room and asked to eat in the restaurant they said they can’t take risk of getting the bed sheets dirty which was a very stupid reason

The view to the city is exceptional. Sitting on the terrace with a cup of tea in the morning and watching the sunrise was divine Rooms were clean, bathrooms were great . Staff friendlyOverall great experience

Nothing to not like

The most beautiful stay I have had so far in India. Room spacious and tastefully decorated. Always clean and fresh. Staff exceedingly professional and helpful. Will gladly come back next time I am in Jaisalmer

Nicely decorated rooms, nice and large bathroom staff very helpful.Close to the Fort.We booked a half day trip to the desert it was very very nice . Really a thing to do.

Nothing, Absolutely Nothing. It was a disaster staying in the filthy bathroom like third world countries. I would never recommend to anyone even to my enemies which of course I don’t have. Out of the five hotels we have booked through Booking.com for our India trip this one was the worst. I’m shocked and surprised how come Booking.com have listed this kind of properties on their platform. Look at the attached pictures and you know that a picture worth thousands of words. I have taken dozens of pictures unfortunately here I can share only four pictures.

Everything. Absolutely no customer service no front office. Night time if you needed help you have to come out of your room and to wake up house keeping guys. Two brothers who are the owner have terrible attitudes. No hello, no good morning even never asked if you needed anything. This guys are frauds and liars. I’m 77 years old and have traveled many parts of the world but have never experienced this type cheating and lies.

The rooms were spacious, they are well designed and the service was so good, the vibe is so good, view from hotel of entire city is breathtaking

Only one thing that is the Access to the hotel from main road, needs to be maintained.
