Excellent breakfast. New facilities. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in India

Everything was great. It's a few minutes outside of town so you have to drive into town. This was not an issue for us, but if you want to be walking distance, this is not the place.

I didn’t like anything

Room size was so small as compared to the price they charge, you can have bigger room, nicer view room with 3 star hotel for half price of the room that Marriott charge , even food parantha size was so small , service was so slow during breakfast buffet , there was no welcome for my family at the door. Room lighting was so dim for my family.

The proximity of the hotel is hardly 3 kms from the Jaisalmer fort. The airport is just a 15mins drive. Warm hospitality. The chef, Pratap Singh, was very enthusiastic in serving us with different combinations like Jalebi chat, Palak patta savoury to name a few. The support staff(Miss. Sheetal) was excellent. Since I had a throat infection they promptly used to bring warm water whenever I came to their dining area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Their housekeeping staff kept cleaning the room more than once during the day. All the room amenities like water, tea bags, coffee were replenished throughout the day.

The options for vegetarians are quite limited. The portion sizes are small. So after the first two days we finally had our meals at the Taj Ghorband which is a kilometre away.

The welcome itself was nothing short of magical!As we stepped into the property, we were greeted with beautiful Rajasthani songs, and flowers were gently showered from above, making the whole welcome feel straight out of a royal celebration. This gesture made us feel genuinely cared for.The Room (Room 129)I stayed in Room 129, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. They provide everything you need — toiletries, water, essentials, etc. The room was cleaned daily, and one thing that really made me smile was a cute handwritten note left by the staff saying “Thank you for staying”. Such little touches make all the difference. ??AmenitiesThe PoolThe pool area is beautiful and extremely well-maintained. The only thing I felt could be improved is adding a heated pool, especially because Jaisalmer gets quite chilly at night. But overall, still a wonderful place to relax.The GymThe gym is surprisingly impressive — clean, organized, and equipped with all the essentials. They always have water bottles and towels ready, which shows how well they maintain it.

1. The you tube video told us that there would be puppet show and live music in the evening along with evening tea. But it was not there, on inquire they said that only on peak season it's there. However this was not mentioned in the prom vedio. 2. Also, the time for evening tea was just one hrs, it should be for 3 hrs considering it's tourist place. 3. Also the swimming pool timings are from morning 8 to 9 pm, considering tourist places these timings does not work, the pool should be open at least from 6am to 11:30pm. 4. Breakfast layout was mazing however my kids missed nutrella in breakfast. There can be a separate kids section breakfast, just a suggestion. Overall it was good. Thanks

Great stay with an excellent property and amenities, spacious and well equipped room. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The family room is spacious..Evening tea in the courtyard was refreshing with options for kids to engage in friendly games like archery , cricket..Special thanks to Chef Pratap Singh for his hospitality and individual attention. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful- special mention Shravan. Keep up the great work

Great location, amazing food and pool

Everything was fabulous

Everything about the place. Neat and tidy, extremely hospitable staff, great chef , superb food, wonderful courtyard in the centre, good rooms , swift service for any requested. Wonderful place to relax use the pool, gym and enjoy the good food.

Room was in a nice spot, very clean and spacious room. Staff excellent.

Shop was overpriced, dinner expensive for same quality of food you would get from any restaurant. Chilli chicken was nice. Rooms not as sound proof as expected as had a family opposite screaming in and out into the hall late at night

Loved the staff & the food. The courtyard view of my room was very nice. Special mention of Chef Pratap who was so warm, friendly and cooked up delicacies at the spur of the moment. Shravan was very attentive too on the rooftop. Was always smiling and willing to comply with whatever yr wishes were.

High tea was disappointing. Had twice but both days were not good.

Drspite being a Bonvoy Gold Membrr wasnf hpgraded as per expectation with Ms. AMINA from Customer support being very curt & non- hospitable in her responde ! Dinner service was also very slow to te extent that we had to cut short oir dinner and walk oit.

We enjoyed the stay. The facilities are good but the real standout factor is the staff. We thank Sourav and Surajpal from the restaurant for the special efforts. The housekeeping staff was also outstanding. Overall a good experience.

Awesome hotel filled with Rajasthan look, dinning room was super, staff was great, grounds were excellent. Live music and program is good, but it's a bit too long.

The only one thing was not upto the mark: the kerosene Lanterns which decorate and light up the garden beautifully emanate fumes. Which were unpleasant and unhealthy while sitting in the garden. And walking around it. Perhaps they can come up with better and clean fuel.
