Heritage Juma Resort Camp

The stay overall was really good. From the dinner to the breakfast buffet, all the food was really tasty and well prepared with many options. The family room had all the amenities in it and the washroom was clean.

The pool wasn't heated, making it unideal to swim in winters.

The resort is in a very wonderful and wonderful place in Jaisalmer. There is no problem of any kind here. It is a very good place to stay. The hospitality and service here is very commendable. The management and hotel staff here are very good. They provide service with good behavior. Talking about the quality of food, very high quality food is available here. In every way, the service here is commendable in an excellent way. The management being done by Sawai Surab Bhai is a very wonderful management.

I had an amazing stay at the camp. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The camp itself is beautiful, with stunning views, well-maintained facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The camp is worth the money. Rooms are great with required amenities.Gives you required privacy and good place to relax and chill. The service is par excellence and meets expectations of people who come to visit the place. Would recommend this place who are planning to have an experience of staying in tents in the chilly winters of Jaisalmer.Family and pet friendly too.

Had an awesome experience at Heritage camp. It’s exactly as seen in pictures . They have a nice picturesque setup bundled with all needed facilities . The add on is the night cultural event.Surely I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a camp stay at Sam sand dunes .

It is really great place to stay in Sam dunes. Staff were really cooperative and welcoming specially staff He welcomed very well and treated friendly. I would recommend to book this for Sam visit as rooms are clean and neat and services are up to mark.

Top Notch Experience. Amazing staff- Super warm, always eager and happy to help. We travelled with our toddlers and parents and they took care of smallest of things. The tents were ideally located away from the main road, were super clean and aesthetically decorated. The food quality was great too- very simple homely food just as we wanted. Everything from jeep safari, camel safari to cultural program was very well organized. Will gladly choose them again in the future’s

One very most important thing for which we visit is sam dunes. Juma resort has a very good and experience jeep drivers who take us to a great ride to dunes. After very long enquiry we had booked this resort. Totally satisfied with their customer service and highly recommend for the visitors.

Decent Dinner and breakfast. Cultural program was good

Pictures put up by the property don't match with the actual rooms.. Bathrooms are dirty with lizards roaming around. Water ran out early in the morning and the staff kept on sleeping in spite of waking him up. Had to run around for 30 minutes to get the pump running. The biggest scam is that they are charging GST but not giving any printed tax invoice for the booking. Also the price does not justify the shabby arrangements.

Heritage Juma Resort is very nice service and hospitality, the rides are very reasonable, very plane gentle. The highlight is the cultural programme is very well done and excellent.Food is very special Rajasthani delicious.Good place to stay for a short time.

Absolutely amazing desert camp. Lovely luxurious tents and great dinner buffets. The tours they arranged for us to go into the desert on camels were good too, prices were similar to what would be charged by others in Jaisalmer. Would most definitely stay again.

We stayed in feb with family for a day. They stay and service was good. Everything was well arranged. Since we booked booking .com with Juma resort we got the Jeep Safari and Camel ride in the package.
