Nice and friendly stay.. hotel owner very supportive and helpful..

I recently had a wonderful experience staying at The Elite castle..The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer

The best thing was owner’s hospitality, hotel’s ambiance and cleanliness. I must say it was one of the best hotel experiences, i have ever had. Staff was well trained, helping and polite. Ambiance was excellent and food was great. Really enjoyed a lot.

Very good and service-minded staff. We were a bit sick but were allowed to stay in our room even after checkout time to rest for a bit.Would recommend if staying in Jaisalmer.

I really like wifi connection very high speed and all on all floor, breakfast and roof top view is excellent good tike chill out on roof top with fort view

Pretty good for the price. The management and staff were very welcoming and accomodating. They provided us with a travel plan and arranged a sand dune tour.

The bathroom could have been cleaner with provision for toiletries. Navigating to the hotel for the first time was a little challenging.

Location and hotel facilities are up to the mark i feel very happy to see hair dryer in bathrooms very corporative staff owner is very friendly

The hotel was very nice designed. Especially the rooms were very comfortable. I liked the bed the most and the Staff was incredibly friendly.

Great location and flexible check in time. The staffs were there 24*7 to help, from planning the trip to meeting our needs. Value for money.

Room smells. Trash can was not emptied. AC condensations drips onto bed.

Some people re-instill your faith in humanity and that's what I felt after speaking with the lovely people at The Elite Castle Jaisalmer, specially Mr. Dheeraj Purohit and Mr. Narendra. I had booked this place via booking.com for a short trip that my parents took to Jaisalmer. I had spoken to Mr. Purohit and he assured me that everything will be taken care of and he more than delivered on the promise. My parents were very well taken care of, which was my biggest concern originally. I have no words to describe the gracious hospitality and generosity of the owner and the staff of this place. I am beyond grateful to them and so glad to have met and known such lovely human beings. Not only this the hotel is very clean and at a great location which makes it easy to visit the city center and other tourist places. They provided a good breakfast with the accommodation. I definitely recommend this place to anybody who is visiting Jaisalmer.

Loved the large room, comfy bed, good quality sheets and my window seat. It's a fairly quiet location but everything you need is close by.Dheeraj did everything he could to make my stay as good as possible; collecting me from the bus stop, coffee and chats in reception, even lending me his dog, Bruno ?Oh, and did I mention the great view of the fort from the roof? Also having a kettle in the room is great.Kitchen guys were not always getting the orders right but it was noted and action taken to make improvements.

Could do with more breakfast choices. Maybe fruit,muesli,curd or pancakesBruno has sharp teeth!

Very friendly owner (same as open road) and staff that helps you with everything you need. They helped us booking train tickets through an agency.We asked them for a cooking class and they offered us to cook a Thali meal with the cook. He explained everything and the food in general at the hotel was delicious.Lot of space in the room and good wifi.We booked the desert safari (1 night, 14:00-11:00, 2’500 pP) through the hotel. Tour was a good experience and ok. Very basic all, just prison-beds to sleep under the sky of stars and meals cooked over the fire. We could even shower after the desert trip for free and relax in a room for a couple of hours because I didn‘t feel well.

Some of the staff doesn‘t understand english, e.g. we asked for the hot water in the shower and he didn‘t understand us and told us there is a switch to turn on before. Hot water was also limited for a few minutes, after that it got cold and was not enough for 2 people.For an „elite“ place as they call themselves, it‘s a little poor to see that the employees are sleeping in the lobby area on the sofas during the night.

Good stay for family, nice staff , good breakfast, location is perfect ☺️

The location of hotel is awesome, with nice view of Jaisalmer fort from roof top restaurant,,,The Manager of the hotel Mr Suraj always ready to serve you better,,,,he guide us about local city tour, local market , & out city points,,,,,,,,,The owner of the property also aa great person Overall nice stay &,food was good ,,,nice propertyThanks to Mr Suraj make our stay superb,,,

Hotel staff made our stay exceptional. Room was clean, very spacious. The staff was very friendly, fun and helpful. Thank you to everyone, especially to the manager, to Dheeraj and Narendra. They also gave us a free room upgrade and dropped us to the train station, very kind gesture!And thanks to the dog Bruno, the big star ? namaste!
