Nachana Haveli Hotel

This place is full of history and the walls are incredible! (watch your head as they are low and thick). The rooms are unconventional but authentically Jaisalmer. The staff were very helpful despite trying circumstances for them, we appreciate it.

Our door didn't lock but we felt safe nevertheless.

After three days here we felt like part of the family. The staff took very good care of us. Staying here was like taking a step back in time . We stayed in a ground level room at the start of our stay then were upgraded to the suite on the roof top. I appreciated the suite room because it was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The Saffron restaurant is quite good and we enjoyed several meals at lunch and dinner. always fresh. Location very good and quiet. Easy walk to the fort and havelis nice to wander the streets for shopping nearby.

The bed linens in the ground floor room could be updated as well as the mattresses.

a truly spectacular property perfectly located in the stunning town of Jaisalmer. the room was beautifully furnished and decorated. breakfast on the terrace was wonderful presented and served by excellent staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay pleasant. the terrace has superb views of the town and is the ideal spot for a sundowner. food is good- particularly for lunch and service attentive. wonderful communal spaces.

small single bedsbeautifully presented but slightly small dark rooms on the ground floor.not enough sockets only one bedside light in a twin room. some minor management miscommunications slightly marred what would otherwise have been a perfect stay.

This hotel was the best place we stayed in our entire India trip! The haveli is just so beautiful, photos don't do it justice, and everything about it was great. We loved the location, which was easily accessible by taxi and yet not too far of a walk to the fort, the rooftop restaurant had great views and the food was good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful - particularly Mahindra. Definitely stay here while in Jaisalmer!

The location, the traditional haveli feel, and restaurant were awesome.

The bathroom (amenities, toiletries) has a lot of scope for improvement. There was no intercom facility in rooms...I mean even the cheapest hotels now a days have a phone facility to convey the needs to reception or for room services. This is pretty basics. The reception was not managed well...3 out of 4 times there was no one at reception...also when he was present, his behavior was not pleasant or welcoming at all.

Comfortable and friendly hotel close to Fort area. Excellent restaurant.

I loved everything

A very nice hotel with nice courtyard and rooms. The rooftop has a nice view on the fortress. The restaurant is very good though a bit expensive.

Beds are too short and not very comfortable.

Convienantly located place with old world royal charm. Very courteous staff.

could have had more options for continental breakfast. food was good, but I would have really enjoyed a breakfast buffet spread.

The rooms do not have intercoms, the furniture is worn down, and mattresses are uncomfortable. The worst part was the breakfast menu - there are barely three items in the breakfast menu - they do not even serve fruits. Given the fact that the hotel charges around 9k to 10k per room during peak season - the facilities are not upto the mark.
