Hotel is on a quiet street. Restaurant on top floor is fantastic and very affordable.

Manager was excessively pushy that you take his camel safari; he didn't seem content that I had paid to stay at his hotel without the upsell. Bathroom was not very clean.

Hotel Renuka – clean rooms, rooftop se fort ka view. Owners khud guest ki help karte hain, camel safari arrange kar dete hain. Agar tumhe ghar-jaise hospitality chahiye, yeh best hai.

The hotel is located very conveniently, with most tourist attractions at hardly a 10 minute walking distance. The manager was polite and supportive. The chef truly deserves special mention he cooks delicious food and is a very kind, humble, and helpful person.The rooms are okay and spacious enough. The front desk is available 24×7, which is appreciated. However, basic amenities were missing no toiletries were provided and no complimentary water bottle was available.Another major concern was the hot water issue. There was no proper availability of hot water, and we had to inform the staff repeatedly. Even after informing, the waiting time was almost 30–40 minutes. The hotel uses an old hot water system that does not provide proper hot water flow, which caused inconvenience during the stay.

This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially during the cold weather in Jaisalmer. I hope the management looks into upgrading the system to improve the guest experience.

The owners and staff were easily available with quick and good service.The food was quite good better than expected

We were in this great hotel for 4 nights. The boss personally picked up from the train station at 1.00am. A chilled beer was already ready for us in the hotel. We would also have got something to eat if we wanted it. The rooms were very pleasant and clean. The hotel owner Lucky fulfilled us every wish. He made many little things possible so that we felt very comfortable. The great view of the fort from the roof terrace made the stay perfect. And the kitchen was excellent. Thank you.

Family Hotel were you would be treated us a member of the family. They were really helpful and offered all the facilities we needed: good food, pick up from bus station, magnificent desert safari, bus ticket reservation, information about city, loudry service... Very good location as well!

The location of the hotel is on the quiet lane,clean and comfortable .We slept really well during our 3nights stay!The management of the hotel is excellent; helpful,attentive ,free pick up and drop off was arranged and we also enjoyed and had an awesome experience for the desert safari,organised by the hotel.The restaurant at the roof top serves tasty thali,we enjoyed every bit of it!Highly rwcommended if you are in Jaisalmer!

The hosts at Hotel Renuka were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. You can tell it's a family run hotel that cares about its guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant served excellent food. They helped us to arrange a camel safari which was also fantastic!

The stay at Renuka Hotel was very nice. The hotel is located in a small street, near nice restaurants, the main market street and to the Haveli’s. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. And to finish the staff was amazing, good hearted people. Always keen for a chat and here to help in anyway they can. I recommend this place as it is a nice hotel to relax in and have a peaceful moment outside the city rage.

Sunny and his family provide an excellent accommodation option - comfortable and friendly all at a fair price. The bed was really big and comfortable, it didn't at all feel like a basic room which is what we booked. They picked us up early in the morning following our train from Delhi, organised our camel safari (would highly recommend, Dennis was an amazing guide and I work in Outdoor Education / activities provider so can spot a blagged trip easily and this was exactly as described and what we expected). During our trip we were allowed to leave our other bag at the hotel, and upon our return we were more than happy to stay for another night. Overall we felt very relaxed during our stay here and would happily return in the future - maybe even for the 14 day camel safari ?

Very friendly and helpful staff. They come to pick us up for free at the bus stop early in the morning!The hotel was clean, room spacious, bed comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant - outstanding and the food was to our liking. The chef is a very nice man making you want to come back.On top of that we booked a Carmel Safari with Renuka and it was great too. Good price, great experience.We highly recommend this place. ?

We extended our stay here because we liked it so much. Lovely staff and very good value hotel. Make sure you visit the restaurant on the roof, the restaurant owner is lovely.

Lovely friendly staff who really look after you. Good location, walking distance from the main sights. Lovely service at the rooftop restaurant and the restaurant owner is a true gent. The hotel is basic but great value for money.

Hotel Renuka is definitely the best accommodation to book in Jaisalmer to visit the city and do a Camel Safari. This hotel is run by a very kind family. The staff is very helpful! They picked us up from the Bus station for free! The rooms have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at good prices. The camel safari they offer was definitely the best experience we had during our whole trip in India! They even gave us a room for free the morning after the safari so we could rest a bit and take a shower! Thanks a lot for everything !

Staff very helpful. Restaurant very good . Breakfast good. We did the Safari Camel Tour with the hotel. Not to be missed. Our camel guide/cook Hakam was excellent and his food cooked over fire superb.Would use this hotel again
