It’s clean and the staff is good

Value for the money is not acceptable for someone who wants to have a heritage experience. This is a hotel built in 2020 and is famous for celebrities staying and coming for wedding. This is for those who wants to have the status of staying there not for someone who genuinely wants to experience history and culture of Rajasthan

All the staff, especially Saurabh in F&B - Dildar and Sunaina (? spelling) were excellent

It was built in 2010 and is super nice. They have their own garden, animal farm, and what not. We spent a whole day just exploring the property without going outside. Great food options, particularly, the legend of marwar dining experience.

Everything was ok. Just would recommend clarifying the details of experiences upfront and what's included. We took a half day city tour but had to book a guide separately on the spot. Would have expected to know about it upfront, or included in the experiences cost already.

Breakfast was awesome and he location was mind boggling, no comparison of the suryagarah with any one. The staff like Mr Jalal & Mr Latif served the food with all passion. Kudos to them for the unmatched services and the fort simply mesmerised me

Food was delicious, and they could add more items for lunch and dinner though for vegetarians. Breakfast spread was mouth watering especially the local rajsthani options.

Suryagarh exceeded all our expectations. The property is beautiful, the staff are courteous, and the food and service are exceptional. Highly recommend booking one of their experiences- we did dinner on the dunes and felt like royalty. Couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our time in Jaisalmer.

The whole Suryagarh experience was amazing. The staff and the hospitality was great. They really do well to put the needs and comfort of the guests first. The entire property and its facilities were so clean, it is hard to believe it is in the middle of a desert.Would really love to come back soon for the soothing and lovely ambience they have with all the luxuries!!

Excellent quality and taste and wonderful and widespread menuThe team was exceptional and a special mention of the driver Ghanshyam who was very polite and did everything possible to make our stay and travel excursions comfortable.

Pictures don't do this place justice. There is a garden, an animal farm, they grow their own food in the gardens. The staff was exceptional, and the food was memorable...delicious.

The location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions.

Hello... we had a stay at your property from 6th to 9th..

Hello..we had a stay with you from 6th to 9th... and had an unlikely experience... Was actually quiet but bursted when the customer is questioned for the bathgown and was already noticing of mismanagement with many other dept... already addressed to Mir Mutuza Ali.. was expecting waive off of the 3 days tariff ... atleast a one day tariff should should be refunded... waiting for your wise revert soon ?

Well kept, beautifully landscaped courtyard and surroundings. Spa service was great, cultural program was good, food was delicious. Dinner and breakfast buffet had lots of varieties. Staff was very polite and attentive. Horseback riding and archery was fun experience for our adult boys.

Bathrooms had smell. Small stuff like box of tissues can add more comfort. It’s quite far from Jaisalmer town or Desert national park.

The hotel looked like a real fortress palace

We were assigned a room that was not at all what we expected. In the picture of the booking the suite was cosy and full of carpets.They assigned us a suite that was empty, cold and had a bedroom that was so small you could not open the suitcases. Only after my complains we were assigned a better room. When staff was making up rooms I saw that the room in the Booking picture existed, but was given to someone else.It should not happen. I agree to change a room, but not to lower the standard.

Ambience, service and value for money.

The reservation department of the hotel is worst. I was trying to book suryagarh for new years from 5th December and these guys were telling me that hotel is sold out and all the bookings are confirmed. Suddenly after 20th December the room was showing available on every third party sites. Is the hotel reservation trying to get the room rates higher by saying that rooms are not available and before 31st all the rooms were available at higher prices. I suggest please look into this matter. You can check with me email id ([email protected]) how many times I have tried getting the room reserved but the hotel reservation did not book my room and in the end I had to book room through booking.com and my booking was confirmed. Very bad reservation department of the hotel.

Beautiful property, very tasteful and very well maintained. Lots of spots to relax and enjoy the property. The food was excellent. But the staff made the stay. Excellent service all round. All the staff were super attentive and eager to make your experience special.

Loved everything. Only comment is that while the food was excellent, it was quite overpriced. Basic salads and appetizers at close to ₹2000 was a lot.

Absolutely amazing building, despite of being newly build it gives you a glimpse into life of a maharaja’s court and family.Staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent, service and food in the main restaurant were exceptional.

The pool, spa, and yoga facilities stood out as exceptional highlights. Food quality was excellent, with ample portions and diverse options. Transportation services, especially chauffeur Hari Singh’s assistance, were reliable and efficient. Vijay, the gym trainer, demonstrated exceptional dedication by guiding me through well-tailored workouts, while Ayush, the yoga teacher, provided a calming and insightful yoga experience that enhanced my stay.

Service lacked polish, with staff failing to maintain the professional demeanor expected at a luxury property. Overcharging for transportation services and delaying checkout due to billing errors was disappointing. The hotel seemed overly focused on an upcoming wedding, leaving leisure guests sidelined. Noise from a laundry machine near the yoga lawn was disruptive. The gym’s outdated equipment, an unimpressive breakfast buffet, and inconsistent shower water temperature further detracted from the experience.
