Breakfast was ok, but staff was real helpful and provided what we required

rooms were musty and not updated. Bathrooms need to be looked at

Location was good. Nearby to all popular landmarks.Mananger, Fabu was good and having good hospitality.

We booked the stay towards the end of tourist season and hotel is kind of wrapping up the business so not much interested in providing good service. Onsite restaurant is closed and when we asked for food....food is overpriced compare to quality and quantity serve. Not sure how are they during season...but definitely not recommended for end of season booking

They gave the room in the basement which is really bad. The washrooms were dirty. A lot of ants were there, a really bad experience.

Food was delicious....We reached at around 11.45 am...and on request food was served at around 00.15 am...Superb Service by Restaurant and Rooftop Resturant View is also amazing .Hotel Staff is quite helpful and smiling...Room interiors are quite Artistic

One of the Bed Mattress was not in good condition...could be improved for future guests...Shelves or Tables may be added for luggage in room

The hospitality of all hotel staff particularly Mr. Narpat, is the best. He goes out of bound to help the guests. The hotel is quite safe and offers excellent location to explore near by attraction. Also the hotel gives a feeling like a local stay enriching the Rajasthan's lifesyle . The hotel roof top offers a good view of the fort and the town.

They did not allow me to eat outside food in the hotel. We went there to enjoy various varieties of foods as well. But hotel had restrictions.Bedsheets were very old ones and torn also....(worn out actually). We asked to change, but nobody attended.

Walking distance from Jaisalmer Fort and Patwa Haveli. Open air terrace was good.

I would have liked at least one openable window to the room, given its dark-colored decor.Ahead of the check-in, at least 5 people from 5 different numbers called me to confirm if I am actually going to check-in. I understand its high season but you know what I had made full advance payment and none of the guys who called had it in their records !!! After a couple of calls, I truly felt like I was not really welcome :pAnother important aspect - no proper parking place - and I had checked about it upfront. Space that was made available was just by the roadside at the mercy of flowing traffic, humanity and animals. Lastly, cleanliness of the precinct in which the property was located and overall town, as such, leaves generous space for improvement.

The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. The property was neat and clean. The manager of the hotel Shri Narpat Singh is an amazing man and very much supportive. He went extra miles and made sure that we have a memorable visit to jaisalmer. He made all the arrangements for a local visit and made sure that we are not getting charged extra by any of the local transport guys and shops. He actively guided us about the city which made our travel very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to Shri Narpat Singh and the Prithvi Palace hotel for their kind service. Keep up the good service.

Room and bathroom was decent in size and was clean

Electricity cut out a number of times and there were ants in the bathroom.

Hotel staffs are not co-operative, specially the hotel manager.Rooms are not good as shown in the photographs.Toilet is very small.Towels are not good.

People were pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Night view of the Jaisalmer Fort from the terrace is wonderful.

There was a short power cut when we were planning to take a shower.

Staff were nice. They helped us move to a new room when we weren't happy with our allocated room.

The room allocated was a nice size, but the bathroom was lacking. The toilet was leaking terribly and there was a foul smell going through the room. We asked for a refund which they denied, but they moved us to a different room (smaller, but at least not smelly, and the bed was very soft which was not great). The noise in the hotel is really disturbing. It echoes in from floor to floor, so one can only really fall asleep after 1am. We complained about the noise too - but alas. What can you do. Restaurant is not great either. I think one can find another hotel at a similar rate but with much better facilities.

Room was well comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean and good. Overall it's nice stay.Restaurant is on rooftop so at night wonderful view of fort and well lighting, food is tasty and good . Staff was helping us in all our need.

Need small adjustments like maintenance of taps so that it work properly, space of bathroom is small otherwise everything ok.
