Terrible experience: runaway!!!

Runaway!! Worst hotel ever: staff is not polite and does not understand english, the room was very bad like no towels, no hot water, no toilet paper, bathroom smell really bad and was full of humidity, the room is not corresponding to the photo, the bed was not a king size. Just dont go to this place it’s a nightmare and the staff is rude!

very spacious and clean rooms. fast food service and good bar

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's close to all the major attractions and offers stunning views of the city.I have to say, the breakfast here is simply amazing. The variety of dishes and quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities I could have asked for. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary water bottles and coffee. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

The ambience could be little bit improved.parking is a big problem here.If the lift is not working then you should be ready to flex your muscles.

Hotel just renovated with new lift rooms and washroom food is good rooms are very clean staff behavior excellent

New lift opposite railway station walking distance New rooms and New washroom good rooms service and food

The location of this hotel is just perfect. You step out of the railway station n reach there within a couple of mins.I had stayed at this place earlier too...but now they have completely renovated the place. New lift..new floorings..very clean n much more. The food is amazing.I highly recommend it. Worth it??

It was just perfect. Not a thing which I didn't like.

Rooms are big and beautiful cleaning is very good location is opposite railway station for me exceptional

Location was good staff got to be good

Firstly when I entered the property it did not had any sign's on the main entrance and it had a very narrow and spooky entrance. Secondly it showed that there is Air conditioner present in the room but when we arrived they said they have removed the connection for all the Air conditoners of every room which was a great mood off, my mother with whome i had arrived to this property is a burn patient it's her requirement to be in Air conditioner, I offered them with extra pay but they said they won't be able to make it work, being at a new place my mother did not allow to leave the property so i found a spot from where I can talk to people and got hold of a auto driver and asked can he take us to any new and good hotel, upon hearing this the hotel manager came and said he'll make the AC working within 10 mins, which he did but in the evening around 9:30pm after travelling for 300+ kms doing all these hacks made me tired and was a great mood off. Moreover they did not had any phones to make calls to the reception and we needed to manually go all the way to the reception for making any sort of request, the bathroom did not had a hand shower near the WC.

No AC working ? No bath tub

TV is worst
