Location is good, near railway station and market. Staffs are very co-operative.

Cleanliness can be done better.

A very-very good surprise. Familial hôtel --> take Care of all détails, starting with thé cleanness of all détail. Vaste roi, well équipes, very clean, really confortable (protected against thé Sun), with easy hot water, close to thé railway station, thé old city, thé fort. What else ?

My train having arrived in Bikaner some... 9 hours late - it was a relief to have selected that hotel, very conveniently reachable from the station by foot ; no issues either with getting in late at night - practical and comfortable.Definitely recommended !

It has open courtyard /Aangan ,good Ambience and connects with environment. It is an old heritage property.Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Located very close to the Railway Station, the hotel is in a very busy area, but the room I had was absolutely quiet. Furthermore it was very spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Internet was also good. Staff didn't speak much English, but they were friendly and helpful. They even let me check in quite early, which was nice.

2 minute walk from the station and close to great restaurants. Easy transport to old city and Fort very good for short stay

Person on the reception is very courteous.

It's not a Stat hotel as described on booking.com... It's merely a guest house.

Airport pickup, great and very helpful staff, will organize you anything you need, a tour guide, taxi, I really recommend it.

The hotel has potential. Our room was well maintained, reasonably priced and a good size for one night.

Many rooms are still being maintained and the place resembles a noisy construction site. Check-in was poor and check-out even worse and very confusing. It had no card facilities so our driver kindly paid in cash, which was very embarrassing.

Large and clean rooms with AC, renovated and modern design. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Staff did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Wifi was waek and only working in the courtyard, non in the rooms.Outside it's quite difficult to find, it looks very old but rooms have been renovated.No breakfast or any common spaces avaiable, you get to the rooms from the central courtyard.It is located in the old town so the street is very crowded and dirty since there is a market, but you can buy stuff just outside the hotel.

The room was spacious and exactly as described. The fittings and amenities were adequate, and of a good quality. There was an inverter for during power cuts.

The location is horrible. Its on a dirty station road, with open gutter just outside the main gate, and beggars and vagabonds sleep on the footpath outside the gate at night. While it is close to the railway station, its not a place where one would like to stay. Beside, there was no real space for car parking, my car has to be squeezeed INSIDE the property, in the foyer, so tightly that there was no space left for moving.
