Property location is good but didn’t maintain properly since long back. Room was not cleaned and linens and blanket were also not cleaned and hygiene.Needs to focus upon to upgrade the level of cleanliness. Cockroaches also roaming inside room which is very very service and unexpected.

Worst ever, don’t believe the pictures. There is even no water in the swimming pool. We left the place after 1 hour and paid 50%. They proposed kindly to offer the lunch (which we didn’t…). Meanwhile the people working there were very friendly!!!!

A room night at this place is for 12,500/- per night incl taxes. Now see as below how your expectations are dashed against a wall.1. 48 Room Property Cannot Offer a Twin Bedded Room, but says it does on the booking.com app.2. Offers a Twin Bed by pushing two single bed basis apart by 4” ( since the bedside table with electrical consoles are fixed on both sides ) 3. None of staff in a hotel seems to be in a Uniform.4. Sweet Corn Soup ( looks like a single portion diluted to make two portions ) is served without Cruet Set, which never arrives even after requesting.5. Rooms are cold, no heating provision … an extra blanket had to be asked for, not even room heater was offered.6. The property will not offer you hot water in even one room for a bath. In some rooms you may get less than Luke warm once you turn the faucet in about a minute, but the one I got … it took more than 15 minutes before what can be termed as room temperature in the month of July.Not to mention the amount of water wasted to earn that, you will die of guilt ( imagine doing it in Rajasthan)7. Breakfast room offers you food in chaffera which is 4/10 if you reach early , post that god bless you. If they are running full house, even that basics like “eggs to order” will be refused. I had to challenge their soul to make an omelette for me.

Food at the restaurant needs to be improved on the taste , flavour and authenticity front . Even a simple omelette was runny. Maybe the manning on the kitchen was low given the low occupancy one cannot sayOne needs to have own transport to get to and fro from here as it’s a bit on the outskirts

Property is good no doubt. However connectivity really not well with main city. Restaurant people were good Syam, Bhavani etc very friendly.

Are is big and built very well with traditional style.

Need to change receptionist/person.He never smiles. Or nor professional. His behaviour is not good. Behaving like onwer of the hotel.

It was a beautiful place

it didn’t offer any of the services that Booking.com advertised I.e. bar, functional swimming pool and massage service. We booked it purely on the proviso that we would receive these facilities. Thoroughly disappointed

The hotel is located away from the city and hence offers a quiet environment. The room was well appointed but just about okay. The rooms are fairly big in size and the layout very open.

Breakfast was nothing exciting and could have been enhanced with more options. The rooms appear to be worn and there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. The food manu is also on the expensive side (Greed Salad @ Rs 200 contained 4 slices each of a tomato, cucumber and onion)

Food cost to quality was not up to the mark. Breakfast was pathetic. But was quite expensive

Great staff, huge campus and very well appointed rooms, good choice on the menu, and food os well prepared, fresh.

Cleanliness can improve ... the loo wasn't properly cleaned

Our stay was short , just for the night so didn't see and experience the entire property.Overall room was exactly how it was shown in the image description on site. Service staff was good too.

Entrance of property is bit gloomy. No one at reception initially to welcome or guide, which felt bit odd as there main reception is way inside from where you enter.Unfortunately in our room there was a rat in the AC vent which kept on making noise and that too after 2am, not much staff could have been able to do and that could have happened in any other hotel too . Also hot water was not available in evening , though hotel were ready to provide the same through bucket. In morning also there was a glitch in hot water supply but around 9am it got fixed.Just one more feedback: Make sure bathroom toilet seats and bowl taps, tiles are nicely cleaned and should not contain hard water stains which makes them look untidy.

Location is a little away from the city. Veg food options and portion size could be improved.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean room. Very quiet. Comfortable bed with quality linens. I slept great!

Location pretty far from the city with nothing of interest around. No hot hot water. Could not get the TV to work.
