No cleaness and bed are very dirty and towel and bed sheets are very old

Nothing worth mentioning except for the location

Noisy fan, Smell of the kitchen on the floor, dirty iron , unkept curtain

Nights were very disturbing, even phone bell from other rooms were clearly audible and also noises from adjoing building or thir own kitchen were disturbing. But every thing else was positive.

Restaurant, sweet shop and nice polite behavior at reception.

Good breakfast. Options could be better . There was only one staff handlining all customers , may be if one more was there service would have been faster.Staff was very helpful and the property was very well managed .Restaurant was great and food tasted great.

Nothing. Everything was either very average or just bad. There was nothing that stood out to be liked.

- The staff cheated us and gave us deluxe rooms even though we had booked suites. They fought with us before switching rooms for our second and last night there. They only changed the rooms when I insisted to see which room is under which category on their computed system.Note: Booking.com was completely unhelpful in this. We called them and they asked us to sort the issue ourselves.- The buffet breakfast selection is trash - they served poha, aloo paratha, toast, and chai/coffee for both days of our stay- Extremely small and smelly bathrooms (basically a toilet with a shower attached)- Dim lights in the common areas and gloomy atmosphere- Very average foodFinal Note: This hotel is only good enough for spending a night to sleep. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The hotel is good and location is super awesome.. The have very good food facility and nice breakfast... The added advantage is on ground floor you will get sweet home and varieties of sweets in bikaner... The only problem I saw is room and bathroom are not clean as shown in pictures.... I was there for one night so it was ok....

Everything else was okay. If the water problem hadn't been there, our stay would have been comfortable.

No hot water in the bathroom, although had specifically asked for a suite room with hot water. The geyser was there but not functional. Plus the drinking RO water tasted very bad on the second day of our stay. Hence we shifted to bottled water instead.Also, the rooms are not soundproof.

Very Good Location. Very accommodative and nice staff. Parking is open but there is a guard and cctv coverage. Food is also very nice. Overall, a good place.

Beds are comfy. Location is great near to all sight seeing places.

Service charge is exorbitant if you order room service. I just ordered a bottle of water and was charged 32 for a 20 rs bottle. That is 60% service charge.

1. Great rooms with comfortable n big bed2. Electric kettle was there so if you are addicted to tea n coffee it’s helpful.3. The room had a really big window which was great.4. They have a fine dine restaurant as well as sweet n snacks cafe as well so it’s a plus point n both are quite affordable.

1. The walls of the room are very thin, i could hear the women next door clearly till 4 am which disturbed my sleep.2. The food at the cafe was ok ok did not taste that great.

Wrong photos | Fooling customers

The photographs and the actual room do not match. They have put out wrong photos of their budget room so that people get fooled into booking that. But when you reach there, they try to up sell their suite and suggest upgrade. These guys are fooling customers. Budget rooms are suffocating and too small and are not livable.

Rooms were clean. Staff was good. Room service was better. Unlike the top management they were helpful.Locality is good.

Hotel manager/owner was not welcoming enough. They asked to pay the full payment of our stay while entering the hotel. Generally the payment happens when we leave. And we were standing with our luggage, tired after journey at the reception for the payment. One more incident happened. We left our sandals by mistake at hotel. We called up the manager to chk the room. He said yes i chked personally and theres no any sign of any sandals left. You can come over and check by ur self. This he told us in like two mins. Like he was already in our room while we called up to chk.? we did not trust him And went back to hotel. we got the sandals in two seconds. Breakfast was complimentary. And to our surprise waiter told us to eat one dish (poha or paratha or bread butter) with tea. How can someone eat only two pieces of breads for their morning bf. Where in actual scenario manager told us it will be buffet. But there was no buffet as such. Due to covid curfew(as waiter told us). After arguing a bit waiter understood that people cant eat just the breads to fill up the tummy. And they gav us paratha as well. In case of car Parking also they were just troubling us.They just dont care for the customers. Hospitality is zero.

Location is good. Snacks and breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Its a new hotel. Hot water available 24/7.

very clean, value for money

Room was little small.They start serving breakfast at 8, whereas we had to start at 7 to reach jaisalmer. It would have been great if they could provide breakfast little earlier.
