Staff are friendly. Parking was good. Pool was ok.

Room and bed, specially 3bedroom villa-originally this was 2 bhk. They added the outside room may be maid room as 3rd bedroom. And in 3bhk villa, only one is king bed and other 2 are queen size , which is fit for one people only. It was the worst experience in my stay.

Very poor

First of all I got this place because very late arriving to UAE, and just press book this without checking. Very worsted place ever. It's just for one time, and believe you never came back there. There nothing at all. You can get your matrass and sleep outside same(I mean mosquitoes) bathroom only dry soap. Towels very old. It's just for people who don't know UAE. I am very sad what I see. Never and never recommend it for my friends and I will really send comments in Google with 600k my views.

I stayed in villa 32, I paid AED 1600 for 3 bedroom villa, very limited space, kitchen was very small and bathroom and kitchen had some sort of very bad smell, sofas were old and not kept well, parking space near villa was less, not worth the money

Poor maintenance, rooms are not clean and bad smell.overall we are not happy with the facility

I just wish the rooms are just you know...properly appropriated..Bath tools, refreshment tools should be in immediate availablity. I renewed for another day & was given a different room where there wasn't a towel in the bathroom, soap but no shampoo, coffee but no tea. Just attention those details otherwise the hotel is ok.

The place is quite and the apartment is clean.

They dont have utensils in the place. Wifi is not working properly.

Hotel staff are not accommodating, No pool towels provided even just for the small kids, Swimming pool is freezing. 3 bed room villa with only 1 car parking space. not recommended

Its was rainny day, the electricity was off ! The AC were not working

The swimming pools were big enough

Marwan the manager and some of the staff were too bad

The pool should have something for kids like slides or water falls.Pools are not attractive

We like the rooms, so spacious. And the pool also is very nice; the water is very clean.

There's a problem with the wifi.

We didn’t receive any breakfast i was expecting on it

I was really expecting that we will have our breakfast we paid included the breakfast but where ? but no one inform us or visit in our room and the wifi is not working
