Location is great. Food is delicious. Nice beach

Standard suite is so poor and old. Furniture is too old and bathroom needs maintenance. Toilet shower was broken, window ans curtains were not intact

Dirty with mold

We stayed in the Ambassador Suite, and it was extremely disappointing. The room was very old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The worst part was the mold in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue. For a suite that is supposed to be premium, the condition was shocking. Worn furniture, lack of cleanliness, and an overall neglected feeling made our stay uncomfortable. Not worth the price at all. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

Very old rooms, it has nothing to do with the photo you see on booking.com, rooms smells bad, old furniture, they didn’t help us with the bags, even we have a small kid we have to take the bag and trolley on stairs without help

The property is clean and cozy.

The shower room has no barrier that the water tends to to come out on the washroom that it is not safe that you might slip on the floor.

Construction beach is half closed , rooms were not the best i booked 3 chalets for the family, furniture very old wash room not the best , and they charged me for late check out even tho hotel was not fully booked i called and i requested and hour extra ended up paying 200 dirhams for check out from deposit

Unreasonable Dog Fee: While it's great that dogs are allowed, charging AED 100 per night per pet feels excessive given the hotel's current overall standards and offerings.Limited Room Service Hours: Room service being only available until 11 PM is quite limiting for guests, especially in a beach resort setting where guests often stay up later.Visible Construction & External Workers: There’s visible construction near guest areas and external workers are often around the property, which affects privacy and comfort. Guests should not feel watched or uncomfortable.Unprofessional Management Conduct: Shockingly, hotel management did not greet or acknowledge guests a basic hospitality standard. Even more concerning was witnessing managers eating, drinking, and smoking in front of guests. It felt more like being in someone's private home than a professional hotel environment.Room & Maintenance Issues: The beach suite door was in poor condition, basic utensils (like spoons and knives) were missing, and the water pressure in the shower was very low.Neglected Public Areas: Several public areas looked worn down and clearly need more care and maintenance.

The beach restaurant was lovely. Being able to bring your dog, which is why we booked this stay.

The room was very out dated.The A/C was a wall unit that almost blew off the wall, very old.The bathroom show flooded the bathroom each time we used it. We shorted our stay by two nights.

Furniture is very old and there is no proper lighting in the rooms, hygiene is not on high level… We found a lot of short hair in the toilet, balcony was dirty

Villa was nice, but paying for ice cubes, giving deposit for beach towels ok 1k deposit for hotel? I’ve never seen that

This is the best hotel for me Bcs I can bring with me my beautiful soulmate (dog ) to this paradise and enjoy time in the sea. It’s unique place with nice style , clean water and happy vibe. For people who loves dogs is the best place . Breakfast was more than enough with a lot of variety and tasty food.

Room we have booked is big but old and need renovation . Ac was not working well In bedroom . And fridge was working very very loud.

The sea is going very far by the evening but this is not smth that hotel can fix:))Very crowded on the weekends with big dogs running unleashed. So not suitable for someone who is not comfortable with the big dogs being around.

It needs more shades or the option to have more shades. It was really busy and we couldn’t be at the beach. Also it takes a lot of time for the food to arrive at the restaurant

Clean beach and good sea view. Staff are not helpful. I have requested baby crib and no one even listened . 570 aed paid for 1 night and honestly it’s not worth it. In fujairah royal beach hotel better then uaq beach hotel.

Pros:Beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water – even better than expected.Spacious Ambassador Suite with two bedrooms and a large living room.Comfortable and functional rooms, despite showing some signs of age.Varied and sufficient breakfast buffet.Excellent food quality at the beach club.

Cons:Very slow service at the beach club – even drinks like beer took up to 15 minutes.The rooms are somewhat dated.Significant water leak in Room 83 – the floor flooded every time the tap was used and needs urgent repair.
