Internet connection is not good, too much bugs in the room, the beach is dirty of stones and see fungus.

Room service (cleaning, change of beddings/towels, toiletries) need to improve The variety and selection of food available doesn't change. Same meals on offer for breakfast,lunch and dinner. A la carte provides a better selection of meals and drinks.

Staff were very nice and attentive.

Daily events were noisy which didn't allow for a good night's sleep and when being there a fight from an event broke loose and traumatized my family which sucked because I had to explain to them what had happened and the reasons..

We got a free upgrade to the villa. That was good Villa was spacious. Pool is good. Other than these nothing I liked about this property.

Mosquitos were there. Not clean. Even the Floor was not mopped properly. Building and structure is too old. Proper maintenance is not done. Beach was just ok. Not provided enough beds as promised.

my experience was disappointing. The service was very poor, the WiFi was weak, and the breakfast was not good. The kids’ activities and play area were also below standard. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Day lifeguard misbehave like you don't come in swimming pool like this wear shots and all very bad if rule is rule then why only he told only me there are too many people's not having swimming shuts but he target only me this is very baad

Staffs were friendly and service were good. Pool bar staffs were doing great.

The mosquitos at night and a lot of insects in the pool. The toilet bowl in our room 435 was in odd position,like there's no leg room if you seat. Our balcony door can't lockedNot too many options for breakfast, you can provide a coffee machine not only in coffee sachet.Our room smells cigarette as the other people in other room were smoking.Bed sheets seem like not been changed or not properly clean. Lift was opearating so slow.

Not really our place.Look nice at the pictures but in reality it is very old.Not a good place to swimRoad to the hotel is going through some construction side and we were confused until we reach the hotel.Breakfast was very limited.

The property is slightly old but clean and the staff behaviour is excellent. We had dinner and breakfast included in package. The food was good and we all enjoyed the stay as a family.

Nice beach and jetty. Can see some tropical fish. Pool was nice. Good quite good. Staff mostly pleasant.

Wifi was TERRIBLE! And lots of flies / mosquitos with big gaps around the door letting them into the room. Not much to do outside of the resort and shops nearby don’t accept card. Some staff were very friendly, (Pilipino)but others not very welcoming. Shop on site is over priced with no prices listed. Hard to get to it because the guy was always away. Good/drinks were mostly good but not always. (Sea food platter came out cold) Some days were very noisy with large groups doing tug of war and other games and activities right outside the rooms.

? Fantastic Staycation with Excellent Service! ?I had a wonderful stay at Flamingo Beach Hotel, Umm Al Quwain. Everything about my experience was great, especially the amazing staff who made my stay extra special. A huge shoutout to Mr. Farshan—thank you for your exceptional hospitality!I stayed in a villa, and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and all the facilities, food, and ambiance were top-notch.

The only area that could use some improvement is the outside balcony of the villa. It didn’t feel very clean, and I believe some maintenance and touch-ups could make it even more appealing. Additionally, I noticed cats roaming around the villa balcony, which might be an issue for some guests.That being said, everything else was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. Looking forward to visiting again!

Staff was very friendly especially the outdoor bar staff, they let us connect to the speakers and play our music. The resort was dog friendly, we were able to bring our dog along for additional 100 AED per night which is pretty reasonable considering other resorts.

The location of the resort is quite isolated, with a deserted, undeveloped area right outside the hotel, making it unsafe to walk alone at night. During our dinner at the outdoor bar, we encountered at least 30 stray cats and loads of mosquitos around the resort, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience as they kept bothering us. Additionally, our rooms included breakfast, but the food was cold and had flies around it, which was disappointing. The food was overall mediocre, and the menu options were limited. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations and wasn't worth the price.
