I like the breakfast and the staff was very nice providing the time i arrived. the room was clean and good enough for how tired we were upon arrival i appreciate that they were fast on check in and check out.

nothing really, it was good. the only problem was the price was a bit higher than the website.

The reservation I made through this app said I would pay $45 per night, but when I arrived at the hotel they charged me $60 and didn’t even explain why! I really didn’t like it at all!

Quiet rooms with comfortable beds and good air conditioning, which is essential for the hot weather in Cucuta. The breakfast is good and starts at 6am. The room has a desk if you need to work and its also possible to work in the lobby.

When i booked the room it was $51 and I ended up paying $100, they also charged me because my CERTIFIED SERVICE DOG is over 30kgThe water came out from the shower underneath the door,

Noice in room from airco and fridge.Also noise from restaurant (breakfast)Showerhead spray everywhere and door don't close so bathroom wet everywhere.Restaurant was closed on sunday due to lowbudget season. Only open for breakfast. We arrived late and were hungry, had to take taxi to go safe to a restaurant. Receptionist didn't do her job good, forgot a copy of my visum.After leaving the hotel several calls to get a copy of my visum. Irritating because 3 time asking several persons for same copy and I send a picture also 3 times.We stayed in this hotel several times if we travel to Venezuela. This was a bad experience this time.

The staff is very kindly and nice. The location is very good.

I wait a hotel for leisure, but is an express hotel, so don't have many amenities. For the value is not the better option if you are in a familiar trip

Curiously they didn't have the option of early check in 90 minutes before 3:00 pm. The staff then needed about 20 minutes more to make the check in.

Breakfast was great, it vary every day. Staff very helpful and friendly. Concierge downstairs also very helpful, all the taxis from the hotel were also great.

Service personnel is sooo friendly and accomodating . Location , rooms and breakfast specially are excellent.

Good air conditioning, clean, quiet room, and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with fruits and decent coffee and good wifi. I often go to Hampton Inn when traveling to Cucuta or other Colombian cities.

Very surprised with how beautiful this hotel was and how nice the room was, and especially the bed and the sheets.

We were hoping for a terrace at the top

The staff and facilities are excellent, the breakfast is amazing with different variations everyday. They had something for everyone. As for security, its top notch.

Their was a minor incident with my room, but was corrected immediately. The staff took point and was resolved within minutes.
