Street noise was loud. Next to a busy street. Check in is super long.

-Extra taxes charged that were not mentioned during the booking process. -The tacky way the check out process took place. The reception clerk call out loud someone to go on to check on the room before the hotel bill was issued to me.

1 Excellent and varied breakfast.2 Very polite receptionist, security guard, the staff member who walked us to the room, and all restaurant employees.3 Clean and comfortable swimming pool.4 A running treadmill is available.5 Beautiful view from the terrace.

Major issues1 Check-in was slow. We waited around 20 minutes for our turn, and another guest was attended faster than me. The receptionist should manage the queue better. Even if that person had a quick question, it would help to at least acknowledge the waiting guest with something like: "One moment, I will assist you shortly."2 Late in the evening the air conditioner stopped working. These things happen, and the hotel gave us another room on the second floor. But we had to get dressed, pack, and move in the middle of the night. The new room was not properly prepared: there was no toilet paper. Also, there was constant noise from outside, with kids screaming and drunk people shouting even after 23:00. All the noise came through the bathroom window, even with the bathroom door closed. I am not sure if it was street noise or other guests, but soundproofing needs to be improved. In the end, we did not sleep well.Minor issues3 The gym is very limited. In reality, it only has one treadmill, one elliptical and one cycling machine. There is no way to do strength exercises, and the hotel should consider adding equipment. What surprised me even more is that you cannot access the gym with your key card. You have to go to reception and ask them to open it, which makes no sense. Are they afraid someone will steal the treadmill? The layout also needs improvement: the AC should blow toward the training area, and the machines should face the mirror or the glass door, so when you run for 2 hours you see something pleasant instead of staring at a wall.4 We hung the sign asking for room cleaning before going to breakfast. We had enough time to eat and take a walk around the city center, but the room was still not cleaned until I asked for it at reception. Housekeeping control should be stronger.5 Not critical, but the reception staff do not really speak English.

Very modern complex, good authentic restaurant. Huge room with city views. Located a few blocks from a nice mall, while crossing through a living city.The local breakfast is impressive and rich.

Check-in takes some time, due to checking various documents, passports when travelling with more adults and 1 minor. Laws are strict, which is a good thing, but takes some time.

Property is very clean, friendly staff.

Very noisy place. Every night they would do a lot of events very loud from my room that easily become very annoying.

Breakfast was good but could do will more choice When staying more than a few days the breakfast was the same everyday Pool was excellent And the staff were excellent too

Gym wasn’t open

Food was delicious and staff was great. Specially Diana. Very nice and friendly girl.

Location, after dark (5.30pm) i did not feel safe walking around.

Do not go here!!! It is not what you see in the pictures. After a long day traveling I came with my dad and they put us in an outdated room which air conditioning didn't work unless the door key card was inside a card reader. Basically came in and the room was HOT! It took a good 45 minutes to cool down a bit. Nobody helped us out with my luggage which my dad had to carry 3 flights of stair by himself!!!! The bathroom was tiny! We had to call and ask for blankets!!!! Totally disappointed of the service because it was on the expensive side. Would never recommend this place to any of my friends!

I was in this hotel 5 or 6 time and always was a nice experience, but the last one was a really bud experience something changed

The reception staff was very bud attitude very rude and unprofessional.

The building was very clean and every where are comfortable the Green spaces also the rooms very nice.This hotel is a lovely place to share with friends and family.

I think need to improve the lift.

The property is very clean the staff are very friendly at the reception and security service.

Could improve with the water filter every where to filling up the own bottles of water :)

The breakfast was delicious with very good options. The area was ideal for me because just a short taxi ride to where I needed to be.

Loved the breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was warm water, something we found isn't common in most hotels in Colombia. It had a safe and a swimming pool. Friendly and professional staff.

The swimming pool water was very cold! We also used their laundry facilities and they ruined my husband pants and shirts. Also my blouses. They washed the clothing with our daughters jeans and shorts and everything turned blue. They dried the clothing which set the "new" colors in, and shrunk my slacks. They still charged us for the service, I paid it, but was not impressed with the service. They should know to separate clothing by colors and follow label directions for laundering. That's what a professional laundering service should have done. Not impressed. Also, the area around the hotel is sketchy at night. But overall great hotel.
