Well located, super friendly staff and very clear

Not from the hotel itself but more other guests, you could see guests keeping common areas (like the pool) dirty and disorganized, and the staff immediately cleaning

breakfast was ample and fresh, nice location by the pool

foyer was busy during the day with businesses in building, and people visiting those businesses,

Very noise room facing the main street (room 219). Unable to sleep at all due to the amount of street noise all night. Very small beds with no extra blankets or extra cover available. No HOT water available. Shower head clogged and dirty with no water pressure.

My parents stayed previously on this hotel and were very happy, but this opportunity we did not like the experience. This time on the first room the AC did not work (no issue this this) they changed us to another room (was not a smooth process as they did not have card ready so we were on the middle of the hotel on our pijamas) . The second room was not so nice, old and not well kept, shower and sink had issue with the water that got everything wet every time you open it. Plus this time the breakfast was not very good as food and drinks were not good.

The swimming pool was nice and very warm.

The restaurant food was absolutely disgusting to the point of not being edible, not to mention the service. It took over an hour for our food to be served and we were not even offered a refund let alone a discount for the horrible food. All of which, was grossly overpriced.As for the room, it is very austere and sterile. The television does not offer smart services such as Netflix, Youtube, etc and so very basic int erms of entertainment.

Breakfast really good, the pool and the staff really nice. Rooms are Clean . Common areas are beautiful and it's ideal for family stays

You had to buy your own batteries for the safe box. . WiFi is slow . Beds are not so comfortable. You need to buy the water bottles to drink but they don't place them in the room.

My best excelent stay ever. This stay has been excellent. And we decided stay three nights more. The staffing was so nice. Mr Pedro, Mr Jacinto, Miss Andrea and all front desk staff has been so kind. I recomend 100% this Hotel. The location and facilities was fine too. The cleaning was excelllent.

I like everything. I just have a recommendation: improve the beds.

The Staff was exceptional, very friendly and attentive. Edisom was professional and helped us with suggestions and gave us some great recommendations. Our stay included complimentary breakfast which had many options and was really good as well. The dinner is excellent and we dined twice during our two day stay. It’s also within walking distance to the mall and many shops & restaurants.

There was nothing about our stay that we didn’t like about our stay.

Room was a bit dated, no iron in the room and when requested one, they couldn't provide a Iron board. The shower could do with a new head

The breakfast was excellent and the waiters and waitresses were very friendly.

The pool is a little small but they don't have a large property so it's really not their fault.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and nice. All the Staff was very kind and helpful. They have a really nice pool. The restaurant is very nice and they have really good food on the menu.Breakfast was included and I think that is a plus!

Wi-Fi wasn't really good in the room, my husband had some meetings and I had to disconnect my phone from the Wi-Fi so he could work. The restaurant was a little short of staff somedays which made the waiting a little longer.
