Ibis Cúcuta

the bed is not comfortable at all, it seems that he slept on the floor, the room is super uncomfortable, we went to the restaurant and paid for a buffet that they were not even aware of to see if the food was over to put it back

The location is good, in an area near to restaurants and to Cucuta's commercial center. The staff is friendly and supported us with everything we needed.

The only problem was a very specific one. They've placed us next to a room that was under maintenance. Thus, on Saturday 8am we were waked up by the noise being done by heavy machinery used in the work.

The reception and restaurant staff were very attentive, the room was clean and there was no noise in the area

Only the location

The main concern was the walls were paper thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms. The room was decorated in a graffiti look which was uncomfortable to me. No services in room.

The Breakfast was great. The Front Desk was helpful. The room was very clean

I experienced an issue with the paper towels in my room. The provided roll wasn’t new, and we used it up completely. When I asked the security guard for an additional roll, he gave me one. However, when I requested a backup, he refused, stating, "No, once you finish it, we can provide another." It felt as though he assumed I intended to take the extra roll home.

They were very kind at the reception, and there were many stores nearby. Room space was enough and well distributed

No gym, no swimming pool, the bed was uncomfortable. Low sleep quality because the bed.

Close to the Cúcuta airport

Staff was rude and didn't accept payment in card from tourist like ourselves, we had to paid in cash and local currency.

Passable

We arrived from Madrid to Bogotá, they stamped our passports, and the hotel invented history that you have to pay taxes depending on the stamp that you have on your passport, so basically they said that there are 2 types of tourists, which is not true. Just a tourist trap to bill you more money.

It is a nice hotel great location, good rooms and super clean bathrooms

Breakfast is expensive, at the reception desk they didn’t answer the phone or take a lot of time to actually solve anything.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was great, and the room where clean and comfortable. Stay only one night. But everything was great. Will stay again.

It was a nice Hotel with a bar on the lobby open 24 hours.

They only provided one towel in the bathroom.

They did not respect the agreed rate, they did not receive American dollars and the exchange rate was not favorable

Front desk team helped us find transportation to Chinácota. ATM and pharmacies around the corner. Shopping center at a walking distance.

Large variety of bakery items, but not healthy options for breakfast really. No homemade oatmeal. No good coffee available. We felt uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people (some drunk/drugged) on the streets close to the hotel's location.

All great, from the staff to the room. All new and very clean, it has been a pleasure to stay there. Also, the breakfast is buffet style and can meet the taste and needs of different guests.
