Aloft by Marriott Dhahran

Clean, comfortable and beautiful.

They are not clear for the policy of the early check in.

Breakfast not included, or expensive to be included.

Everything

Location , staff , comfort

Location and good size room.

Hotel is not sound proof. So heavy traffic sound.

Comfort and location

Food is good but expensive.

Very comfortable, clean, with a nice view. The lovely man at reception gave me a free room upgrade, which made my stay great! The location is great, many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The mall is also right in front of the hotel. Free parking is available in the basement.

When I arrived, I parked briefly at the entrance so I could check in and unload my bags without blocking the way. There was only one bellhop and he was too busy to help. I waited, then started carrying my bags to the room myself in multiple trips.Security saw me waiting and struggling with my bags but didn’t offer any help. Instead, he came up to tell me I couldn’t park here, even though I was clearly unloading and was planning to move the car right after.Other than the nice gentleman at check-in, the staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful during both check-in and check-out, especially when it came to luggage. The parking setup is also inconvenient. The parking elevator is separate from the room elevator, so you have to go back and forth, and getting to the parking entrance requires driving through the hotel’s main entrance.

Only location

This time, the stay was not like before. Bad smell from 1st floor. Where I stayed. The washroom and wash Basin drains were clogged. The windows were super dirty from outside and view was not clean. No tissues in the room, no mirror in the room, the Swimming pool area was not clean. All sun loungers at swimming pool were dusty. There is no life guard on the swimming pool. This hotel lost its charm. I won’t be returning back.

Location was perfect in front of Dharan mall, underground parking was available. All services are around.

I was celebrating my anniversary and I told the reservation team in advance and honestly was expecting any special preparation for the room but it was looking normal. If any simple addition was made, it would be appreciated.

We asked to provide 2 rooms both king beds but no availability and we were given not connecting rooms. Also my room smells smoking from below floor. Staff tried to help but nothing

Attentive, helpful staff (nearly all spoke English); clean, comfortable room that was well appointed (drinking water, iron, scale, blow dryer if needed); comfortable bed and pillows with nice linens; good towels and roomDarkening curtains.Breakfast buffet has lots of variety - omelet station, eggs, fruits, cheeses, meats, yogurts, pastries, cereals, juices, teas, coffees.Lots of comfortable seating in the lobby, table games, shisha lounge, and restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Grab-and-go pantry for anything else you may need. Also easy pick up spot for Uber/Careem

Nothing! It was great!

Kept minimum standards

Me and my family visited Dahran for a one-day emergency trip. Although the room was pre-booked, the room alotted to me is the one for the handicapped/ disabled person. I haven't noticed it at the beginning, and while I noticed, it was late to ask for a room change as I am running late for the purpose I am in dahran. I feel the front desk must have informed me about it earlier. The toilet is a mess, not ideal for healthy people. The wash basins are mounted less than half meter height front floor, which makes uncomfortable to use, especially if you are 6 feet tall. Not having separation between shower area (as wheel chairs need to be pushed inside the shower area) allows the water to flow to the toilet area and even further if extreme attention is not given. Finally, during the checkout , I informed the front desk about it, and the reply was simply "sorry." Would they have done the same to a local person ??Note: If you are given a handicaped room, better don't brush and shower ?

I was exposed to a scam, I paid for a room for three people, and the room that the hotel provided for two people only, a

My reservation, which I paid for a room that can accommodate three adults, and the room provided by the hotel can only accommodate two adults, so they should have provided an extra bed at no cost. Unfortunately, the hotel management policy is fraudulent par excellence, and the evidence is the previous response from the hotel. I demand compensation for the fraud practiced by the hotel management and the damage I faced due to fraud that was committed against me.

Good location but pool is not heated, and gym is very small

The location, the room and staff

Everything

The breakfast on the second day of our stay had reheated desserts from the buffet of the evening before and reheated sausages that tasted like rubber. The omelettes took quite long as well. You should work on having Hash browns, normal sausages(not in spice and sauce), and some creamed spinach available in the breakfast buffet. And not only upon request.

Access security and front desk staff were professional

The space at parking is not good need re measuring again

cleanness, size every required things, main charger socket next to bed
