Tulip Inn Corniche Dammam

Pros +

• The staff are welcoming and friendly Rooms are clean and spacious The price is good The internal parking spots are always available The AC was dripping water as usual, but I got a quick room change
• The rooms are large and good, the WiFi is really good.
• Stuck toilet, bad and poor food

Cons -

• The food accountant was unavailable when entering the breakfast hall. After a while, I was asked by him about my room number when I was dining, The same was true during my entire stay, not to mention being stared at while putting food on my plate. The quietness in the breakfast hall was intimidating; better to play music during breakfast time to make guests comfortable. The only kind of eggs was boiled eggs, no scrambled or omelet I guess because of a cost reasons. .One of my pillows has a cigarette smell
• My flight landed at 3:30 AM, on 14-Apr. So I booked for arrival 13-Apr and check out 14-Apr, and let the hotel staff know via Booking.com App, that I would check-in late. The booking reservation was accepted at 200 SAR. When I arrived on the early hours of 14-Apr, the hotel night staff, cancelled the booking and did a new booking at 250 SAR. And this was not the first time it happened at this particular hotel. Breakfast is schedule until 10 AM, because I checked in so late (early morning, I managed to enter the mess hall at 9:50 AM, just to find there is no breakfast available, no eggs, no sausages, only 1 slice of bread and when I asked if there is foul available, they prepared a bowl for me, which I'm grateful for, but is was to hot to eat.
