The check in and out times and not being able to pick which cabin we wanted and the price for 2 nights was very expensive

Water pressure in the shower was non existent and it took forever to get the temperature right... or just good enough to not get burnt or freeze

Had a fantastic time. Kids had plenty to do, the gin tasting was fun and was a great way to interact with other guests. Our cabin was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a great 5 day weekend ??

Only stayed two nights. It was ok. Need to have a place for suitcases.

Bed sheets were incorrect size for the Queen size bed- too short. Used towels from last clients left on bathroom vanity . No new towels in place. Electric plugs- constantly having to swap in and out due to insufficient sockets in the kitchen.

A great park for families, we had lots of young families around us. Park is very well maintained and our cabin was great. I don't have anything negative to say about the park, we enjoyed our stay ?

Location was great. The Cabins were new and well finished. Lock and access to the cabin was electronic and worked well.

We noticed some ants in the kitchen area. We used insect spray to clear the area.

Modern, clean facilities. Wonderful amenities for the whole family, comfortable living area and nice front porch. Welcoming atmosphere.

There were a few wasps around that flew around when food was out. A bit scary for the kids.

Great location looking over the waterpark area. We could sit back and give our young kids freedom to play.

Great facilities. The water park and pool were fabulous for kids on a hot long weekend. The Deluxe cabin was really well appointed and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

rooms were clean .The staff accommodated us for an earlier check in and extra parking space. Rooms were clean and tidy. The park has excellent facilities and kept very clean. Lovely location.

Everything the facilities are great for families really central & the cabin was immaculate & had everything we needed. The layout of the park was great as well as the common areas & I feel like all the guests had a great vibe because it was a really nice environment everything is well maintained. Done well I’ve stayed in a few discovery parks this one was our favourite

Beautiful layout. Great for families with kids. Excellent facilities throughout.

My concern is with the rental trikes & bikes. It was difficult to see them when little ones dart between cars or caravans onto the road inside the caravan park. Perhaps a flag at the back of them would make for better visibility.

It was a house directly outside the park, but very easy to enter and not far to splash park and pool. Great facilities. The park has areas that small groups can gather with great lighting at night. There was little noise inside the house. Had 2 rooms with double beds (one with ensuite) and one room with 2 double bunks. Must be a very popular park as it appeared to be full and it was difficult to find accommodation for the weekend. Laundry facilities in a cupboard. Private parking.

It was quite expensive but did give us 3 bedrooms which was a plus.

We git there early 1300 but could not book in until 1400 had a 7 year old with us and it was 43 degrees

Jusy the location and staff are friendly

Our door lock doesnt work, water in the shower not very good take long to get a hot water in shower Also the aircon takes a while to get cold

These cabins are in need of refurbishing. Scratched kitchen tables old chairs . Outside deck and furniture terrible. Double rooms too small

Big swimming pool and water park, lots of room for the kids to ride around. Cabins are close to all the water areas. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Quite expensive even for a standard cabin

the room is very dirty, we feel like someone checked out and the room was not cleaned properly before we arrive. there are lots of sands and small pieces of rubbish left on the floor; we can smell perfume on the bed sheets and the towels has black marks on them! it looks like someone cleaned his shoe on the towel then just put it back, and the cleaner didn't find it out. we booked for 2 days but only stayed 1 day as it's really bad experience and we are too anxious to sleep over night. it's a very unfornate chrismas day for us.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Homely feel with well appointed kitchenette in terms of cooking appliances, cutlery, crockery etc. Also on a positive note there was adequate kitchen washing and drying items and the bathroom had quality shower gels.
