Lots of room and it was surprisingly quiet given proximity to the road

It was a bit dusty.

Very easy to access. It was perfect for a night over for my long trip. Despite, a busy road, it was quiet.

Good location - handy to the Bulls CBD although a little far to walk

Wasn't aware that the cabins did not have an ensuite or kitchen although communal facilities were close by.

Very accommodating as I made an error with dates. Staff were very accommodating. Room was clean and sizeable.

All was fine

Location from Ferry

Unit 2 - Motel. Booked for 2 beds. As expected one was a sofa bed which was not possible to sleep on due to all the springs. Fortunately I noticed this in 1 minute and made up it up using the sofa squabs as a mattress.

Lovely one bedroom unit. Fully equipped and clean kitchen. Nice and comfortable. Free parking outside your door.

It was clean and comfortable. It is a good stopover place on a long journey. We had our own kitchenette which we appreciated. Good to be able to park outside the front door.Tea, coffee and milk provided and basic essentials in the bathroom. Not disturbed by traffic noise.We liked the low noise rule in the evening.

We were ok here. The only thing we really missed was a hairdryer. The door to bedroom needs some maintenance

Very clean, facility were great , staff were great, very well appointed clean grounds.

Tv reception was crap, someone turned the outside lights off too the amenities, which caused a dangerous hazard for me returning from amenities, 2 different levels and down I went on the ground at 2:30 in the morning, I brought it too the manager’s attention.

Highway noise was the only negative but that is to be expected given the location.

Close to Bulls town, in a garden setting. Great swimming pool.

no bedside light in the cabin

Pool was lovely, the lady at reception was lovely.

There was no AC which is unusual these days, the pillows were so thin we had to use three each and our bed was like sleeping directly on springs it was horribly uncomfortable. There were big cobwebs hanging off the ceiling.

It was cheerful and this kids loved the swimming pool and spa

The shower pressure was very poor

A warm welcome and the communal facilities are kept very clean.Bedding and towels were included in our cabin which was unexpected. The bedding was nice quality, the bed and pillows comfortable.We borrowed a great camping box for a $20 deposit that contained everything we needed to cook a meal (saucepan, frying pan, crockery, cutlery & utensils).The kitchen has a shared fridge, cooker, kettle, toaster & 2 microwaves. There is a dining table and 3 washing up stations.On the outskirts of Bulls that has everything you need and 20 minutes from Feilding and the Manfeild circuit.

I wouldn’t want to stay if the camping was busy as the kitchen would be busy and there are only 2 showers for ladies & 2 for men so there could be a queue.The chalets could be noisy as they are nearer to the state highway. The cabins are furthest from the road so traffic noise isn’t a problem there.The cabins are small and could do with another couple of hooks or a shelf as there’s not much room to put stuff.Some maintenance is needed. The cabin door hinges need oiling, you’ll be woken by squeaking if your neighbour comes in or out and the guttering has rotted in a few places.

Great motel however sofa bed very uncomfortable. Slept on cushions on floor.

Very welcoming, enjoyed our stay considering it was just off the highway it was so quiet the rooms were very clean and the owners were so lovely fantastic place to stay ❤️
