Very friendly. Helpful and as a bonus for my daughter there were cats that live there that just made here day.

We experienced an unfriendly attitude from the office manager/reception during our stay.We were assigned a family studio room where the double bed was located in the living room/kitchen area. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room made a loud "click and clack" noise every time it activated, lasting 10–15 minutes each time, which kept us awake throughout the night. When I reported this to the manager the next morning, his response was, "Most people don't sleep in the kitchen!" This left us speechless, as we were simply sleeping in the room provided to us — we had no choice in the room setup.Additionally, we were double-charged by the manager. We arrived for a late check-in around 9:30 PM. When my husband called the office to collect the room key, the manager claimed our room had not yet been paid for. Unaware that I had completed the payment online just 10 minutes prior to our arrival (and sent a confirmation message via Booking.com), my husband paid again via EFTPOS. It seems the manager did not check the booking details carefully at the time.When we requested a refund the next morning, the manager/receptionist became defensive, even though we clearly stated we were happy to cover any associated bank fees due to the miscommunication. In the end, we got the refund less bank fees. Nevertheless, we were still reprimanded for not informing him of the payment during the check-in call, which we felt was unprofessional and unfair given the circumstances.

Great staff, lovely room, comfortable bed. Water pressure was great & Sky was a bonus.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Within walking distance of restaurants and town centre - just. Uphill on the way home. Easy access off State Highway 1.

It was all great - lovely big clean room, amazing shower, fresh milk, very good value. Would definitely stay there again (if we could request a firmer mattress).

The main down side was that our bed was very soft and we both woke up with bad backs! And there was some traffic noise, but we put the fan on which meant we couldn't hear the road.

As advertised. Nice and clean. Location only short walk down the hill to main Street Cafe restaurant's. Reasonable price.

The lack of sound insulation- could hear above unit’s TV & shower (at midnight)! If you stay ask for upper unit or choose somewhere closer to water

Spacious room, good location, value for money, comfortable room with all the amenities including a hot plate, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, friendly staff including their dogs

Amazing shower, comfortable bed, very warm, quiet when the window was closed.

Front gate sign lights were not working and we drove by in the dark. Had to use GPS to pin point the entrance. The carpark was incredibly full.

Handy to town. Clean and tidy. Had friendly pets.

Overnight motorcycle trip. Good safe flat parking. Great price for early April. Lovely atmosphere with the resident cats which won’t bother you if you’re not into cats either. Close walk to town via the shortcut. Room had everything you need and was modern.
