Our restaurant opened in 2025 and is fabulous! Blessed with one of NZ's best chefs, our restaurant is intimate, delicious and memorable. Bookings essential. Koura Bay Golf Resort is a few minutes drive north of Kaikoura, offering course-side accommodations, panoramic ocean views and a 9-hole \ 18-tee manicured golf course. Reception, Pro Shop, Cafe and Bar open 9am - 6pm daily. There are 3 different room types to choose from breakfast and unlimited green fees are optional extras. All guest rooms are fitted with Smart TV's, fast free wifi, bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities.

Me and my husband enjoyed the stay at Koura Bay Gold Resort. Amazing hospitality and very spacious room with beautiful view. Everything was above our expectations. We enjoyed watching sunrise from our room which was just mind blowing. We will definitely visit this place again and recommend this to everyone ?
We loved the peace and tranquility and fabulous views over the gold course out to the ocean. We are rural people and struggle to find quiet accomodation. Loved our stay.

Amazing free parking but definitely need a car to stay here, which was made perfectly clear and we did have a car so worked amazingly well for us to explore the local area.
Amazing accomodation!! So beautiful and amazing value for money. Brand new bathroom, the BEST view of Kaikoura. The most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen! Will definitely be recommending to others.

Amazing stay ! We’ll have stayed here once before and loved it so we came back again . The golf course is great . Beautiful views . Nice rooms looking onto golf course . 10 min drive into township which we didn’t mind at all . Highly recommend

The room was perfect and quiet. The outlook over the golf course was spectacular and the owner was very friendly with great recommendations for good places to eat

The sink in the bathroom was badly cracked so don’t know how clean it would be if you needed to full it up to use on your face or the likes
