The receptionist was very professional, thorough and had a lovely smile. Top marks to her exceptional welcome The room was exceptionally clean, bed very comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils one would need

Easy check in and access. Good area to walk to city center and beach. Very clean and comfortable.

It was a little loud in the mornings. The wi-fi connection was awful.

Comfortable bed close to town (10 min walk). Room was clean and had two leather chairs that were very comfortable. Good water pressure from showers.

The room had a musty smell so we jet the doors open a lot of the time.

Was very tidy, functional, quiet. For price excellent value

Great location and lovely big room with a very comfortable bed.We had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to a beautiful sunrise.

The sunrise was excellent. Location was perfect. Walking distance to a very nice restaurant.

Only one cup in the room. No working fan in the bathroom so couldn’t shave in the morning. Couple of stains on the bottom bed sheet. Would like to stay there again but they need to lift their game

This hotel was super clean and our room smelled so nice. Great central location.

Did not enjoy any other f the Restaurants in the area; The facility would have been perfect with a swimming pool

The property was clean and tidy and the room was comfortable with an amazing view over the water to the snow capped mountains. Driving down to look at the seal colony was a great experience.

Very comfortable accommodation. Large spacious room, spotlessly clean and great amenities. Balcony was great although the 1st floor rooms are probably better than the ground floor

Our room was right on the main road through Kaikoura and the proximity of traffic may bothher some. If this is the case, request a room without a sea view.

Clean and modern with a comfy bed. Central location so we could walk to restaurants. Being able to use the washing machines and a clothes line (not just a dryer) because we were traveling for 2 weeks.

Size of the room was average and the reception staff were dealing with something so that the welcome wasn't very attentive.

Seafront location good and room lovely. Booked a small studio and upgraded as hotel not full.
